Staff was very nice and helpful.

I thought the walking proximity to the Malecón was a good idea, but at least when it’s dark you should be in a taxi anyway. Also, they never had happy hours or specials.

The location was safe, I loved how easily accessible the beach was and we had everything we needed without having to go anywhere. It was perfect. The staff were amazing and respectful and attentive. I’d recommend getting valet parking, it’s super convenient. I’d also recommend eating at their high end restaurant on site. Amazing food. Another huge plus was that everyone spoke English as well.

I didn’t love that when I got there, the showers hadn’t been cleaned properly. I could tell the shower walls hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest. However, I let the staff know of it and they immediately resolved it. I also didn’t love that the bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell, but that is understandable as it is beach front and I’m sure there is more to it. It is NOT a hygienic issue.

Directions were easy, the hotel was a bright surprise for our last minute trip! The pool area has a gate going directly to the beach, the area is secure with staff always in sight watching the property and guest issued wrist bands. It was a quiet season and the bar and pool were deserted, but we enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi... staff even checked in to see if it needed to be warmer... it did. Beautiful place and we've already recommended it to a friend.

I had written in reservation that we had a dog, also that this was a special occasion. Staff on site did not acknowledge event or even know we had a dog... tried to charge us again, but then did not pursue once I showed emails before visit about the dog. Just a miscommunication and missed opportunity to go above and beyond. I do have to say, very friendly, very kind.

Very nice property, extremely attentive staff and great service. The valet staff were amazing and always saw us coming to get our car in advance and had our car ready even without calling them. We had an event at the pool bar at sunset that resulted in another patron lifting my husband's cell phone while we were taking a very quick selfie of the sunset only 10 feet away from the bar. The manager very quickly identified the person's attire, and with my phone we did a Find My Phone and the staff quickly ran out to the beach and found this person with our phone - even after dark! We didn't expect to ever see our phone again, but the staff were determined to get it back, and did so quickly. Honestly, they went over and above and we are so appreciative!

The only thing I might mention is that when the DJ is done at the pool, would like to have had the music toned down a bit as our room was right on the pool, and it was very loud. More mellow music, along with some Mexican type music would have been great. One final thing - ther e was a couple at the pool bar and then in the hot tub for hours consuming numerous shots and drinks and practically having sex in the hot tub where others were also trying to enjoy. It made many of us very uncomfortable and we felt like someone from security should have removed them from the hot tub. There were many children around and it was very inappropriate to have all that going on between these two very drunk people. Otherwise, we loved our stay there and would definitely come back! I didn’t like the fact that they do not allow coolers in the room. It is very inconvenient to have to go to your car when you want a drink of water. The fact that I couldn’t bring in my cooler did not cause me to spend money in the hotel, so it isn’t working for them. The other problem was that the cabanas are now linked to alcohol…if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on a cabana with alcohol, you can’t get a cabana. So, all the cabanas sat empty. These changes could likely make me choose another hotel and I have been coming here for 26 years.

I had a room with a balcony and an incredible view of the beach. It was great to sit outside and drink my coffee every morning to get refreshed and ready for the day. The open-air layout of the hallways felt amazing to walk through. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay, and as a bonus many of them speak at least some English to make communication easier. It's located within walking distance of some cute shops and outstanding restaurants as well.

I'm unsure if it was a personal error or if it was the device itself, but I couldn't get the air conditioner to blow cold air. I managed to get it to pull outside air in, which worked wonderfully for the weather we had during my stay, but it would be a different story if it was during the hottest time of year. The water in the showers was not very hot, but it felt great on a sunburn lol.

The pool is clean and family friendly, private entrances pretty secure for my children , casino access , awsome stuff.

The breakfast overhyped and pricy for the quantity of the food , taste is decent but not great . Orange juice was delicious and the server did awsome , Pizza undercooked , cold burgers , not enough salsa for your tacos looks fancy but it defeats the point its tacos for gods sake. All service was 5 starts , great response from security for lost items . Secure, Fun , exellent location

Staff was very friendly, any needs or questions we had they were very prompt. Hotel is clean and very nice. Pool is very nice my kids loved it.

Our fridge didn’t work when we got to our room, but we called and the staff came right away and changed out with a new one. The first night the shower was cold and would not give out hot water. But I think they were working on it, the next few night the water was fine

I loved it the pools are warm and the staff very helpful and nice you feel so welcomed they take your luggage to your room and if you leave your car with them for only 15 dollars a day they personally bring it to you each time you need it rooms where comfortable I think is a good place

I think they could be more variety of free breakfast
