This is a great choice for a stay in the sweet Pueblo Mágico of Coatepec. The room we had was spacious, spotlessly clean and everything from the shower to the air conditioning worked well. Our included breakfast was generous and cooked to order. The staff are great! We had a situation one night with some noisy guests and the staff handled it immediately and professionally. This is the type of action that shows the caring of a well run hotel. We’re glad we chose this place for our stay.

Was great! Muy rico! Personalized breakfast and I would go back just to eat the enchiladas and chilaquiles.. fresh fruit platter with coffee and juice.

The tv services weren’t working for some reason, seemed like a simple fix but was only there two nights so we didn’t say anything

We loved this hotel. In my opinion this is one of the best hotels in Coatepec. Armando the Hotel Manager is exceptional and goes way above and beyond to help his guests. We now count him as a friend. Carlos on Reception also exceedingly accommodating the ladies who clean the room are so thorough and friendly. There is an area also for kids to play, which was a life saver. The terrace has amazing views. The breakfast is excellent. There are so many wonderful things to say about the hotel and the family that own the hotel. Do not hesitate to book, it made our whole experience wonderful

Free breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel! The rooms were very comfortable.

The sliding glass doors were left unlocked after each cleaning. Had to relock them upon returning for the day.

The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was exceptional.

Everytime they cleaned they would leave the sliding glass doors unlocked.

Great breakfast, good wifi, handy location. Very clean and modern hotel.
