The property as well as the pool was well maintained. Housekeeping does a very good job. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is not far from one of the main strips where lots of merchants sell their goods and foods.

The bath water was cold most of our stay. We asked and were told that it is scheduled, but we took showers at various times and still encountered the same issue. Sadly the breakfast buffet was cold very day. I assume it is to poor training of the new staff. Hopefully it will be better if we stay there again in the future.

I only spent one night in the hotel, so my review will be limited. Located outside of downtown which was great for me as I used the hotel for an overnight stay on my car trip. Easy to find as it's right on the main road going through the city. The room was clean, everything worked as it should work: light, AC, cold and hot water. The bed and pillows were good, I had a good rest after 14 hours on the highways. Many reviews say that the included breakfast is too limited, but I don't eat early and for me it was perfect: mixed fruit (watermelon and melon) with yoghurt, a bun and a cup of coffee and/or some sweet drink. For a small fee they offer continental breakfast, but I don't know how good it is.

I didn't find the wi-fi password in the room which looked unhandy to me. They have no coffee machine so if you need a good strong espresso in the morning (like I do) or anything except regular americano, you'll have to search elsewhere.

Is perfect for what we wanted which is sleep somewhere between Campeche and Oaxaca. There is a liquor store next door which we liked to have cold beers after long day ride. Pool is nice. Staff is very nice. Hotel in general could have an upgrade.

We didn’t expect much when we booked this last minute to get off the road and were very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and comfortable but what put it over the top for us was the pool! I wanted something for the kids to burn off energy from hours on the road and not only was the pool open late but it has a waterslide! The kids didn’t want to leave in the morning but grandma is waiting. The restaurant was open late and the food was quick and tasty. Breakfast was also included for adults and it was the typical bread, fruit, juice, but there are other options for a fee, which was great for the kids.

Parking was a bit tight and open to the main street and we had a full load on top of our car but we had no problems.

TV had to be reset. Hot tub not hot. Free breakfast meager. Parking in front didnt feel very secure. Industrial area. No hot water in the evening, but there was in the morning.

no-one speeks english here and are nit ever trying to understand. continental breakfast is more of a joke - a small bowl of fruit on yoghurt and a dry bun. the city is dirty and industrial, for us only for transit sleep-over

Fine motel on the border of town. Visit the most depressing boulevard you’ve ever seen. They have a fine breakfast but not everything is available for you as guest.

I got bitten by bedbugs. Because I liked the place, I let them me know. Didn’t hear anything from them. It seems to me that they’re guests are mainly people working in the nearby industry.

It’s a good place to stay for a couple of nights. We traveled through the city and it was smth we looked for.

The location is not ideal. All in all, it’s a good hotel, but we didn’t have hot water in the room, and consider that it’s kinda old.
