Clean and nice hotel, next to many shops and restaurants. We had no problem with transport, despite the fact that we did not have a car during our stay.

We had to constantly request keys to be reprogrammed because they stopped working. Otherwise everything was fine.

the only complaint is there is no ice available at this hotel. They really should have an ice machine. We had to walk to the nearest OXXO to buy ice!

very good value. our room was spotless. the desk staff very helpful. we had to change rooms due to construction noise. the young lady at the desk changed our rooms whenever we asked and even helped move our luggage. It is not the easiest place to find, even google maps had difficulty. we will definitely stay there again. the location was very convenient to restaurants. shopping mall across the road.

no comfortable chair in room. A bit utilitarian.
