The location is excellent. There's lots to do nearby within walking distance. Easy to catch a cab. Cordoba ADO bus station is only an 8-minute car ride away. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Excellent dining right next to the hotel. Gorgeous community balcony. They were very kind to allow us to check in early.

Mosquitoes got in our room easily even though we generally didn't encounter mosquitoes while out on the town. A couple of mosquitoes that had been previously killed were left smeared on the wall. There is no view to speak of out of our window, unlike other rooms. Our fan didn't work well even after the staff kindly fixed it once. Room is slightly small. Pro & con depending on your mood; there's a night club next door.

I and my travel clients have stayed at this hotel on at least a dozen occasions over the past 20 years. Their relatively recent remodel has helped an already comfortable stay. The staff is very nice and the location couldn't be better. It's right on the lovely plaza of this Pueblo Mágico with many great restaurant choices. I always look forward to staying at the Hotel Mansur!

amazing stay. it's like staying in a 5-star hotel. staff is very welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to help. beds are very comfortable. They give proper coffee instead of the nespresso powder and they also have a valet service for the car.

Wow a great room. I had the Presidential Suite and I felt very presidential. Very big. Best bed I’ve slept on in Mexico. Amazing Terrace fit for a governor. Lots of places to put suitcases and stuff. Beautiful view of the Zocalo and church. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Nicely renovated and very clean Location is unbeatable

Not all staff were kind and helpful. I was asked to pay in cash for my stay allegedly because their payment system was not working.

Loved the remodel of the hotel, looks modern on the inside while keeping the traditional style on the outside. The terrace is amazing to relax after a day in town, or to watch as the thunderstorms come in. The staff is exceptional and the value is amazing. Loved this place!
