The breakfast was your typical breakfast no different to other stays through Central Asia the rooms where very clean the staff where very good had a very good understanding of English rest where ok but talk slow and helpful got taxis for you and told them where you wanted to go so this was excellent close to most amenity’s shops and park and city centre over all hotel was warm and friendly I would stay there again breakfast had to be paid for but was all good did not break the bank. And always prepared to make coffee or tea which I paid for.

The only down side was the bathroom did have a bit of mould in corners and on joints on the wall you’re noticeable, the wifi did drop in and out a few times so that is it from.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the city centre (about a 10 minute walk). Everything at the hotel was good and appropriate for the 3 star rating. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast more than adequate and the staff very helpful.

Some of the basics like broken shower head were frustrating.

The staff from the receiptionist to the manager were really kind and tried to make all wishes come true after they could not us offer the room in the hotel we booked. Because of that we had to move to another hotel and after the first night to another room. But all of this have been managed very professional.

There is nothing to complain

We stayed only for one night so it is hard to evaluate but: 1. we arrived at 3 am, easily found the hotel, and check-in took 3 mins. For me, with 2 children, it was crucial. 2. they gave us a bigger room and it was nice.

Nothing to mention) Maybe it would be nice to have a compliment tea in the room)

All that's left are positive impressions. The hotel has a good location, spacious and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities, diverse and delicious breakfast. But most importantly, the wonderful staff who were helpful in everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return there in the future :)

I am have been several times in Art-Rustic Boutique Hotel, but for timebeing it was better in terms of cleanless of the room and breakfast, which was so delicious and extraordinary cooked by Ms. Evdokia. Thanks to her for attention and delicious dishes!

Good location. The reception staff was very helpful.

This point is not solely focused on this hotel. The general price of hotel accomodation in this city is a little high and not quite value for money.

A lovely little hotel within walking distance from city centre. Friendly staff made our stay a pleasant one. The unique looking room was clean and comfortable. Really good and ample breakfast.

Clean and cosy, staff very helpful, excellent breakfast, large room, comfortable bed, good location, 15 minutes from centre.

Would have been nice with tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, facilities in the room good. Water lovely and warm, no balcony and not much of a view but good value for money.

Breakfast was OK but nothing more.
