Always a pleasant time staying at this hotel. They are very kind about looking after your luggage in their storage, unlike other hotels in the area who will leave it in the hallway where anyone could take it. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the desk is comfortable to work at.

One thing to keep in mind is the location of the hotel on a pedestrian street, where musicians and artists often set up a microphone to sing and play music. The rooms aren't very soundproof so if you don't like the music, there's not much to be done.

Access to the hotel is through a pedestrian area with no parking spaces or stopping zones. Since the area is crowded, if you are driving your own car, there is no designated stopping area for unloading luggage, and the only option is to stop in restricted areas. Naturally, the police are well aware of this, and within five minutes—seemingly out of nowhere—a patrol car and the towing service appear. They are probably part of the "Welcome to our city!" team! On the other hand, throughout the entire stay, all afternoon, the cleaning ladies were laughing out loud and talking loudly, as if they were the only ones in the whole hotel.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I was again absolutely satisfied. The hotel is located in the very centre of Chisinau, in a pedestrian street. All the important places can be reached easily on foot or by public transport. There are many shops and restaurants around, including several supermarkets. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice. There is a fridge and a safe. I appreciated that upon request, I got a kettle, that was really appreciated. Wifi worked well throughout the whole stay. I have stayed in various hotels in Chisinau over the last years and this is definitely one of the best.

It was my third stay here in the very centre of Chisinau. Location fantastic, bed comfort fantastic. Otherwise the room was quite small this time and if there is a need to work, sitting on a puff by the desk is not ideal... I had a room-only package, so I cannot judge on in hotel food this time. There are shops and restaurants in the same street and "Creme de la creme" pastry-coffee shop/restaurant is a fantastic but very busy place...

In ideal world, I would like to have a bigger room, chair at the desk and a room door that insulates much better - these current doors do not take up almost any outside sounds - even normal talking sounds like these people are right in your room.

The breakfast was great, accompanied by a jazz atmosphere in the restaurant. We always find good options for a nice room. Everything is perfectly located in the center of Chișinău, and the location is great. The staff is excellent. That’s why I prefer this hotel for its great staff and good location. I love the paintings and the decor in the hotel corridors.

I like everything, but I would suggest a small kettle for coffee, tea, and water. This is something all the guests mention. I don’t think it would be a very expensive investment.

The City Park Hotel is located in the centre of Chisinau, in a pedestrian street. It is a busy area but the noise isolation in the hotel is rather good. All the major sights can easily be reached on foot. The bus from the airport stops in 5 minutes from the hotel. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The rooms are modern, clean and cosy. The standards one have a fridge, a TV and a safe. The bathroom is also very clean. Wifi worked well throughout the whole stay. The staff at the reception (especially the young ladies) and also the cleaning ladies were truly exceptional. They always asked whether I was satisfied with the room, whether I needed anything, etc. Also, I first got a room with stairs behind the window, where I would not feel very safe but when I asked, I was swiftly moved to another room. And when I asked for a kettle, got it at once. That was really appreciated and made me feel very good at this hotel. All in all, I was happy with the City Part Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

I think the TV in my room was not working (I had no time to watch it anyway, so I did not mind but it would be goo to check it).

The receptionists are awesome. Very good location and nice looking hotel.

The shower floor was broken and tilted so much that it was slippery at times. The entire.bathroom looks nice but it seems the shower does not fit there. Cheap abd badly installed I think was the problem. Also some ceramic tiles were loose and could fall at any time from a considerable height. Almost every evening there were young people playing quitar and singing in front of the hotel. Maybe it would be a problem for some people. The windows did not isolate the sound perfectly and you could hear them. Considering these aspects I think the price could have been a bit lower...

Excellent staff, very helpful and kind. Nice and spacious rooms. Bathrooms very clean and well equipped. Good minibar selections, some of the best wines of Moldova at reasonable prices.

The mattress was too soft. Sensation of sinking into the bed and not able to sleep well due to that. Challenging to pull up my 30 kilo suitcase in the middle of the night over the several stairs before reaching reception. During day time on checkout there was a gentleman staff at the door who volunteered to help bring the suitcase down very kindly. The toilet was in a very crunched corner behind the shower glass wall with almost no leg space in front of the seat. Had to sit with legs expanded.

Very centrally located. 2 min. walking distance to Cathedral Park. On a closed to traffic Bohemian street. It has a delucious breakfast with many options. Excellent location next to the city park — despite being in the heart of the city, the area is peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The room offers plenty of space.

1. The room was mostly quiet, although some noise from nearby construction could be heard at times. 2. It would be nice if the hotel offered a complimentary bottle of still water. 3. The lack of accessible power sockets near the desk made it difficult to charge my laptop.
