The hotel is conveniently located, close enough to the city centre and the major attractions, yet in a quiet part of the broader city centre. Formally there is not a designated parking area, but there are a few parking places just in front and they keep them blocked. The hotel restaurant is really good, same applies to the breakfast. Service is friendly and helpful.

Our room had a minibar, but it was empty and disconnected from power. As with most hotels in Moldova, TV channels are plentiful, but practically useless to non-Moldovans and there are very few of the important international channels. Useless to say, things as international sports events are inaccessible. This is nothing major, of course, but I am sure that the annual payment for a really good and full TV package, spread out on the number of rooms and the average number of busy nights per annum, would result in literally a few cents per room per night and it is a shame that hotel managements rarely see things that way.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Chisinau's city center, within walking distance to all major attractions. It features a nearby parking lot, which is a rare find, and offers fantastic, helpful staff, spacious rooms, and competitive pricing. The breakfast, including delicious cheesecakes, is excellent. The heating was operating at full power in early March, but we discovered that the heater temperature regulators were out of service. However, we easily resolved this issue by opening a window.

Everything was good. Hotel staff at the reception spoke english (at least the lady that was there when we checked in), the breakfast was great, room was specious and beds were very comfortable. It was also very warm, which was great in contrast to the temperatures outside. The location was also super convenient.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was some food in the fridge, forgotten long ago by previous guests, which made us think that the cleaning is not very thorough. Also, they only changed our towels on the 3rd day and never refilled our bottles of free water.

Nice, quiet hotel not far from the center (15-20 minutes walk to the central square). Huge rooms, very large bed with professionally selected mattress. I slept just great! Breakfasts are ordinary, but very tasty. The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat deliciously and enjoy Moldovan wine. The staff is beyond praise, they solved all the issues instantly!

There are practically no shortcomings, if you don't nitpick the little things. For the money - a great hotel.

Good AC system. Nice big room (room 24 was quiet at night) . Friendly and helpful receptionist. The mattress was firm and good. There was a kettle and tea/coffee plus 2 bottles of water. Good breakfast. Nothing too fancy but of good quality. There were both savoury (e.g. meat, cheese, cucumbers and tomatoes, eggs...) and sweet options (e.g. Fresh fruits, jam, small croissants, yogurts, plum jam, walnuts...). The coffee was bitter but I added warer so it was okay. Breakfast slot was between 7.30 and 9.30. I could not see any children, not sure if it was an adult only hotel. This was a bonus. There was a nice looking garden where my husband could smoke. You need to let the hotel know if you come with a car and they will reserve a spot for you on the street in front of the hotel. There was a security person around so it felt quite safe.

No balcony (which is normal for standard rooms anyway). I had to ask for the remote for the AC as it was missing but the receptionist went to get me one immediately so it was not a big deal. The fridge is unplugged on arrival so it takes a bit of time to get cold. I guess it is environmentally friendly to unplug it. If there is any issue, just tell the receptionist and I am pretty sure they will be very helpful.

The hotel was a little out of the centre in a quiet, safe and attractive area. It was comfortable with a good-sized room and we enjoyed a good breakfast each morning. It was easy to walk from there into the centre. We also found several good places to eat not far from the hotel. The staff looked after us extremely well and helped arrange a couple of trips for us. They were always keen to make sure everything was perfect for us. We arrived there early morning by train from Romania but they allowed us to check in and gave us access to our room which was a great help. When it was time to leave, they sorted out the taxi that would take us on to our next destination. Full marks to all of them.

The hotel and the room were clean and the reception by the employee at night was great. He helped me out with water. The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location is not perfect but still good. The late checkout that was granted to me is also rated positively. The outdoor area belonging to the restaurant, which is also used for breakfast, is absolutely great. That was the positive part of my review.

However, it remains incomprehensible to me how an overall rating of 9.2 comes about. They describe the rooms as "Decorated in cheerful, classical colours", I would describe it as old-fashioned with a bit of "post-soviet". There is no lift and you still use keys with fobs here ... just like in the old days. The breakfast was nothing more than a standard buffet. By no means a "fabulous breakfast" as it says in the description on Booking. I am not satisfied with the price-performance ratio and did not extend my stay after one night but changed hotels. In my opinion, an investment is needed to bring the hotel up to a contemporary standard.

Warm, comfortable, friendly, clean, quiet, & ideal location, walking distance to most places, the centre, parks, landmark buildings, close to a large park & lake to sit or walk. Breakfast was adequate & varied to start your day, & pleasant, helpful staff. Would book Luna again. There is a email address for direct contact. Having English speaking reception staff helpful.

Beware some taxi drivers do not like or want euro or usd. Price varies! Bus 30 from airport is cheapest, but need the App to know where get off.

Great location, very clean and spacious rooms. Excellent coffee and breakfast

Being accommodated on the 3rd floor, with only stairs available, was not very comfortable. Even though the staff helped me with the luggage and additional material, this can be very unfavorable for some guests. Also, one recommendation for the hotel management: it is really not necessary to change towels every single day, try implementing sustainability hotel trends.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly upon check-in. The room was spacious and maintained with impeccable cleanliness. The WiFi service was quite reliable, requiring only a single login, which was very convenient. I didn't have the chance to dine at the on-site restaurant, but the menu appeared to be very exciting and promising.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. A few minor drawbacks were the lack of an elevator; however, the porter was always cheerful and ready to assist with luggage. The breakfast offered was simple but satisfactory.
