I had booked a room but was moved to an apartment on the other side of the street. It was clean, spacious, and in walking distance of the city center - and the bed was comfortable. I didn't try the hotel breakfast since there's a coffee shop down the street which does a very nice breakfast.

The A/C had a very loud rattle the first night which kept waking me up.

The staff were really kind and flexible when we needed to change around some rooms for extra guests. They were super attentive with us.

The AC system was not amazing, it did work but I would have preferred a better one.

Nice hotel on the edge of the historic city, close to the University in the middle of a diplomatic district. Helpful staff, speaks very good English. The room was recently refurbished with new wallpapers, the bathroom looked also recently upgraded. Clean and comformable. Electric socket just above the bed. Fridge in the room. Stable WiFi.

The view from the window was non existent, there is another building with a metal staircase just in front of it. One also has to close the shades because there is an automatic light sensor outside and the light on the street goes on and off through the night.

Clean and cozy. Large bed, spacious room, friendly staff. There are 2 coffee shops next door, a sushi place and pizza across the street and a convenience store nearby.

One major downside was soundproofing. I could literally hear some of the neighbors using the hairdryer, and people talking on the corridor. Since I'm a light sleeper, that did create certain discomfort.

Large comfortable accommodation and the Reception staff on arrival could not have been more helpful. Printed off our boarding cards as well as ensuring taxi ordered for our very early morning flight. Hotel situated 10-15 minutes walk from main tourist area but with cafe's, coffee shops etc. nearby too.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room are always greatly prized by British tourists and the lack of them disappointing

What I liked most of all was the extremely helpful & welcoming reception desk staff, Andrea & Adriana. I can't thank them enough for making my stay memorable & taking all the stress out of the fact my flight to Budapest was cancelled at midnight, 12 hours before checking in to this gem of a hotel. Thank you once again.

The location was good. Not far from the center of the city. I travel via Chisinau often, so for me personally it was okay to have a walk to the center of the city. Check-in was flawless.

The room however was too small and there was no normal windows. There was only corner top side window. Not good value for money. Too expensive for this kind of room.

This was a comfortable hotel with amazingly fast internet in a great location. There were a lot of restaurants right next door, along with a market. It was about 15-20 minute walk to the center of the city and the bus station. The staff was fantastic and really made it a wonderful stay for us.

Can't think of anything

Very nice - the main picture of the building is not actually where you are staying (you stay in a building across the street). Good location - about a 20 minute walk from the Parliament building etc. Good staff and a clean room. Definitely would recommend. Not a complaint but a message for maintenance: the shower in my room was broken (water could get through the right hand side of the glass) and flooded the bathroom (room 305 if I remember correctly).

reasonable for its money. shower was working perfectly, toilet paper was soft, mattress felt new and comfortable. there is a great sushi restaurant on the opposite side of the street and a small supermarket 100m away

the interior of the whole hotel is tired and outdated, renovation would not hurt
