Very kind staff, central, clean

Poor breakfast, lack of towels, torn sheets, too high prices for what they offer, the sauna and jacuzzis are too hot, practically impossible to use

The hotel is located somewhat away from the centre, which I rather welcomed, as it was not so busy. The staff were pleasant and professional throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, the equipment was fine, although in places a little wear and tear was already visible (shower, chair back). I missed a bit the big light in the bedroom, where there was also a desk to work on, as it was quite dark to work in the evening with the existing lighting. I cannot rate the SPA, I was not. It is not free to use, it is only for a fee (about 1400 MDL for one or two people). Breakfasts were good, tasty and plentiful. Lots of salads, fish, cheese, eggs, cold cuts, fruit, sweet breakfasts... I can't complain.

On the whole, I can't say that there was anything I didn't like.

The room has a large window facing the street. If you are sensitive to noise, consider requesting a room with a window on the opposite side. The SPA is nice and clean (featuring a jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas, and a saltwater pool), but I didn’t like the smell or the fact that the pool is over 1.7 meters deep. Spa access is not free, but you get the entire space exclusively for yourself for 3 hours.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chișinău. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The private amenities, including the pool, sauna, and hammam, were exceptional and added a touch of luxury to my visit. Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient—close to the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy pleasant walks. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and a great location in Chișinău.

Everything is beyond great. The best value for money hotel I have ever been to. The location is very close to the centre. The room is spacious and so clean. The staff at the reception (Doina and Emily) is very very helpfully and attentive. We got full instruction on the best sight seeing in Chisinau:) in a nutshell💪The breakfast is the best (the pancakes are njami and I have never tasted a capuchino so great:) there is also free parking available. I could go on and on …. But come and see for yourself!

The staff are outstanding, and go above and beyond to help the guests. I want to give a special thanks to Emily. I became ill during my stay there, and she went to a lot of effort to help me and my friend get to and from the hospital, even in the middle of the night. The gentleman who oversees the breakfast area is also very skilled and attentive. The hotel itself was very good (and the spa is special), but the staff are even better.

We stayed in hotel as a family of 4, and we absolutely loved the place! personal and facilities were exceptional! Special thanks to chef Aleksander, breakfast was excellent, the variety of food choices exceeded our expectations. Kids enjoyed swimming pool a lot! Also huge thanks to receptionist Doina, who helped us with everything we needed and made our stay as comfortable as it possibly can be. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know and will come back again. All the best

My stay was perfect. Hotel Management worked everything out in a perfect manner as per all my requests and even more than I expected. Location of the hotel is good - I could walk to any places I needed around, at the same time it was very quiet, no noise from highways and crowds. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I'll stay there again next time when I visit.

Nothing, all was good. I am glad I did not stay at Radisson but picked out Bernadazzi hotel. It was a good choice.

Everything was good the shower was cold the spa cost money and we ordered it and there didn't let us in because there was a other group not from the guest of the hotel was there.

I’ve stayed in Chișinău for over 10 years every 2 months, and this hotel is by far the best! Located in the heart of the Old Town, it’s close to everything. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, making it the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
