I had an exceptional stay. The rooms are extremely beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is extremely tasty, especially the aromatic coffee. The hotel is perfectly located for people who are in transit or who come to visit something. The hotel has a direct road to the airport. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

It is a nice hotel in a very nice part of the city, with good public transport connections to the center. You can also walk, but it will take a bit more time. We had a nice little balcony, staff was nice and helped us out with taxis etc.

I always miss a good orange or apple juice during the breakfast, a really don´t care for exotic tastes offered here. Otherwise everything OK, it is not the newest building, but still comfortable enought.

Huge thank you to the lady on reception letting us check in early after the 14hr train from Bucharest it was much needed. Small walk to the centre or train station but a nice hotel. Staff were really helpful in sorting taxis when needed.

An excellent hotel with a convenient location. This is not our first time staying here. Delicious breakfasts. Parking available. Decent rooms and service.

Thank you very much all the staff for the way you treated my aunt and my grandma. They were running away from the war in Ukraine. They did not have anyone else to rely on in a completely unknown for them city. Everyone at the hotel were nice and kind to them and offered them the support they really needed. I was trying to reserve a hotel for them in hurry due to the circumstances. Turned out that I did not include breakfast for their stay. The staff at the hotel included breakfast for them for free. Dear staff, all your hard work is appreciated! Thank you again!

There is nothing to point out.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Near shopping center, supermarket, restaurants. The hosts are wonderful, friendly and always ready to help. Spacious guarded parking in front and behind the hotel. Good breakfast, 24 hour tea and coffee.

The room and the service were excellent. The personal were very kind and helpful, especially Dima. The SPA was excellent. Thank you from MOROCCO

We were running from the war. And this sweet people hosted us very well - gave extras as extra breakfast, checked us in before the registered time etc. God bless Moldova and it's friendly hearful people

Little bit noisy environment around the hotel

Loved everything from the friendly staff, to the convenient location! the staff could not have been any more helpful! absolutely outstanding service!
