This was my second stay at Hotel Olsi, and I would book and come back again. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When I noticed a little problem with the room that was initially assigned to me, they instantly solved the problem. Good service.

Nothing really negative regarding my stay. But future guests who want book should consider that Olsi is a little outside of the city center, though still in walking distance. Also, the breakfast buffet is very good, but pretty much standard with little to no chance. Might be important to know when booking an extended stay.

A great place to stay for my needs and preferences. Clean, quiet, nice room, pretty well equipped, good continental breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m., and really friendly staff, also perfectly managing my very late check-in. And at an affordable price. I'll come back.

No negative observations from my side. Important to know: Olsi is a little outside of the city center, but still in walking distance. And the choice of restaurants around the hotel is therefore limited. Nevertheless, I found good places to dine and wine. It's all about personal preferences. The advantage of the location is almost silence at night.

The breakfast was good, the staff and overall experience were good too. This is not our first stay at this hotel and we are planning to keep staying at this hotel due to pretty decent ratio quality to value.

For some (weird) reason, you can hear quite well how the water is running in the pipes - not sure if it's the same in all rooms, but for ours it definitely was the case. Besides that, both last year and this year we were hearing very clearly a woman with a kid talking somewhere very close to us. Either their windows are close to ours or this is a local ghost family (joking of course), but the feeling was like were with us in the same room. Pretty weird experience, for the second year in a row.

Really good breakfast, big room.

We ordered (and paid) a room for 2 adults and three kids. At check in we got 2 queen beds. When we asked about the 5th kid, they said he could sleep with parents 😭 we asked for a bed for him, they said it cost 15 EUR. Ok, but at checkout we paid 15 EUR for each day :) so our room was a bit more expensive than we'd like it to be.

The staff was friendly. They tried there best to help us and also did help.

The water wasnt coming in full fledge. Also there was no hot water coming, i complaint to the hotel staff regarding this but they said it will come. which eventually didnt come at all. Imagine at the month of december bathing with ice water. 😪 The room heater wasnt working properly. The hotel staff said that it will work give it time but even after 4-5 hours of checkin, the room wasnt warm still😪. Thankful to the hotel staff atleast they provided us with heater. 😊 Some how manage to survive the night.

The hotel is really in a privileged location; the cleaning girls are amazing; The breakfast staff are very helpful and really do their job with dedication.

There is an elevator and we were staying on the second floor, climbing four flights of stairs, yet the staff did not feel comfortable showing you where the elevator was and whether you could use it or not; Due to our mistake, we arrived early in the morning. The employee was very kind in opening the door for us and letting us stay in the hotel lobby. On the other hand, she didn't quickly offer us a Clean room, she called that it wasn't there yet after 4:00 hours after my husband asked if there was already a clean room and she said yes and asked why we didn't ask before, we we stayed there for 4:00 hours in front of it.

Great location, good breakfast options with good quality products and delicious oatmeal porridge, the spaces are very clean and the towels are smelling great, friendly and caring staff at the canteen, overall very positive experience.

The friendliness of the reception staff definitely could be improved. Out of three ladies on the reception that we met, only one was nice and friendly, and the other two barely smiled at us or tried to be friendly. It didn't feel nice, and this is clearly an area of improvement for the hotel management. If not for this moment, there would be top scores for all areas.

The hotel was quite nice, especially because it is budget friendly. Breakfast waa great - more choice than I expecteed. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. What made the stay wonderful was the people. The receptionists were friendly, helpful, and professional. One of the receptionists, Olga, went out of her way to help guests. She was always happy to help with recommendations, directions, and advice. I really enjoyed my stay.

The only thing I didn't like was that the wifi was unstable. It made it hard to work in the hotel.

Room plain, clean, modern, good shower etc. Bed, duvet, mattress comfortable. Other fittings in good condition and adequate. staff helpful and pleasant. Good quality breakfast limited by number of guests but more than sufficient. Location OK - about 15 minutes walk to main street/central market and Valea Morilor Park, 20 mins to National Gallery & History Museum, 25 mins to Opera House, 30 mins railway station. Some shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket within 5/10 minutes walk.

Polite and professional receptionist. Very nice central location. There was snow outside during our stay, but indoors of this hotel it was very warm and comfy. There was breakfast in the morning which was a lovely bonus I didn't expect. And actualy in that small breakfast area there was a lot of choice. Is Spanish resorts they would spread the same amout of food to a size of a football pitch to make you walk miles to find your scones and jam. But in this lovely hotel everything was right there in front of you and you can have your plate filled without walking anywhere. Very happy.
