I recently stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, a very pleasant experience! The breakfast at the hotel was okay. It had a decent selection, but nothing too special. It was enough to start the day. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it's close to the airport. It made getting to flights quick and easy, which was a big plus.

Well thought-out room with all the facilities needed. VERY convenient underground parking with lifts directly to the hotel. Clean rooms and premises. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant.

When I went to the city at the morning, I did not leave any personal items in the room so perhaps the cleaner decided that I'm not going to be back. It was a bit weird to return at the evening and find out that my toiletries were thrown away. Not a big deal but a bit annoying.

It has a very weird wifi connection style, which complicates your choice. You choose a free connection, but it somehow connects to the paid one, and you don't even have a chance to cancel it. Then i had to go to the reception, and they also couldn't cancel either. They did not charge me, but i had the feeling that the hotel is doing this on purpose,which i did not like at all. The rest was ok, check in check out process also very long.

Really the best hotel in Moldova. Very nice breakfast. Good restaurant with international staff. Client oriented staff of the restaurant New York. Ana is a perfect waiter. She speaks Romanian, English, Ukrainian and Russian. We are very glad to see her every time when we are in the hotel

The first things which comes to your mind from the first moment is "hey, it's extremely well-though place!" I do not know who was the designer and who manages this hotel now but everything - from super-convenient access to underground parking up to the well-designed and well-stuffed rooms - is built and run by somebody who clearly knows his/her business. Add VERY friendly and professional (by which I mean non-obtrusive) staff - and you'll understand why I'm giving clear 10/10 to this place. And yes, it's Moldova, so great food and brilliant wine are included in the base package.

The only thing which might irritate is the traffic noise which you can sometimes hear. I do NOT mean that it's a big problem: the soundproofing is very good (just not absolute).

I would particularly like to note the warmth and professionalism of the staff at reception and in the restaurant- they were attentive without being intrusive, clear and welcoming- it was a real pleasure to engage with them. The hotel room was also very clean and comfortable

This is 2nd time when I arrived after 3 PM and my room was not ready. It was a disappointment, especially when we had 1 hour before pre-ordered excursion. Usually there is a small present in the room and this time, it wasn't (our friends did not get it either).

Everything was amazing. Free parking under the hotel (entrance via general parking of shopping mall). You have to use a special card to drive in and out, also to use the elevator of the hotel Tasty and fresh breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable.

Some guests are crying during the night. Also the card-key is difficult to use in elevators. No any add instructions re cards during check in.

Very clean and nice hotel, friendly personnel.

The AC system was tuned for cooling and still not for heating, however there was already 6 degrees outside during the night and it was a bit cold in the room for our child.

The rooms are modern, spacious and well furnished, everything looks brand new. The underground hotel parking is spacious and you have 24h access and direct access to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and diverse and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. You also have a shopping mall nearby in case you want to shop for anything.
