The hotel is modern, with all the important and way more facilities you may need in nice clean environment. Internet was fast and the size of the room was satisfying. Bed mattress was great and also huge. The "walk in" shower was nice and comfortable even for 2 at the same time :). Location is great quite and from the balcony you may not see something "special" is open enough to enjoy the sky.

Is unfortunate that because of the very good room and balcony door frames and windows, there is absolutely no wifi signal in the balcony. But i prefer that instead of poor quality sound isolation. Another negative i would say was that day the service of their restaurant was very poor and the food was not properly cooked. Only 5 tables to serve, ordered at around 21:00 and the food (2 plates) arrived 1 hour later!

The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and kind- from the ladies at the reception to the lovely, helpful restaurant employee who manages the breakfasts. The hotel is new and there is a lovely spa in the premises. The rooms are large and the decor is nice. The AC is very good and overall, I was very happy with the hotel. The taxi apps were difficult to download as I don't have a Moldovan number but the reception helped in ordering taxis through the app so I didn't pay extortionate fees. Use the apps; far cheaper than the taxis from the street (not a nice experience). At the hotel, they also allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room! Wonderful! The food at the hotel is lovely. Be sure to try breakfast, lunch or dinner The hotel gives welcome wine which is a nice touch.

- The doors are noisy as when you put the card up to the door, it makes a loud sound. Not a major issue but you can hear the neighbors when they are trying to open their doors. As the hotel is new, some tweaking of things would help- add more lighting, mnimise the sound from the doors etc. - The hotel is about 5 km from the centre so ensure you have access to a tax app as dealing with local taxis on the street is not a nice experience.

No reason to complain, everything was very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel kindly upgraded the room for free. Location is convenient to travel to the airport and Northern bus station. It took nearly 20 min by taxi to both locations. Due to the short stay and early flight there was no chance to enjoy a breakfast and to relax in the spa. Hopefully there will be a chance next time.

Nothing to write here in general. I don't know if the hotel provides lunch boxes when early check out happens - we forgot to ask for this option and the staff didn't remind in their turn. But, to be honest, this is nothing, not worth mentioning.

We arrived very late, the staff from reception were very kind and guided us to the room, we thought the restaurant was already closing but they told us they can keep it a little more open for us to eat. In the room we had free waters and red wine. They upgraded our standard room to a bigger room without paying anything extra, which we appreciated.

They can add a little more attention to the cleaning, the room was clean if you wouldn't be looking very close, but the bed sheets were either stained or they didn't changed it... in the bathroom the towels were also either stained or dirty, the mat for shower was also stained or dirty... At the restaurant we ate only dinner in the night when we arrived, at first the food was looking good, but my partner's chicken skewers were a little uncooked (there was a little blood near the bone) and the meat was full of misers... which was unpleasant. My bad was that I didn't take pictures.

The place is very nice. The rooms are nice, the staff is kind and ready to help, and the food from the restaurant is very very very good. Moreover, they surprise us with a wine bottle gift. Totally unexpected and nice.

Two things: 1. It is far (really... far), if you book it you should know that the way to get here is by taxi, so please have in mind this when you stay in the hotel. It is a nice residential area, very comfortable, silent, but if you want to be near the city center, prepare money for the taxi (which, btw, they can help you ordering... they are really very helpful with this). 2. They have two rooms in the basement... avoid booking them. I didnt have them, but I saw them on my way to the toilet of the restaurant. They are probably cheaper... but they dont look that nice... so dont give yourself a bad time. Book those in the upper floors which have a good price and are really comfortable :)

It was amazing experience, the crew are something so specious, they are assisting you with everything what you going to ask . A bottle of wine already is waiting for you in your room ( a some pleasant present ) for free. Wasn’t a place for my car on parking , girls found a place !great job , well done . Restaurant is the same story they are the best , Massage in the same direction .for sure I will come for it again ( relax massage 👌) I have had a filling like I’ve been at home ( Ukraine 🇺🇦) All our family were happy to spend our time in this place It is amazing team . Tulip Hotel is a new structure, and that's quite obvious looking at the quality and the materials chosen for the inside and the rooms. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the room was spacious. A little thing to address was the light, but I think is more a matter of style than a lack of attention. The cuisine of the annexed restaurant is astonishing, although quite expensive compared to local standards. I didn't have the pleasure to visit the SPA and other amenities, but I imagine they are as good as the restaurant.

There's not a real dedicated park for car. Coming back from work a couple of nights quite late it was hard to find a place, and there was a lot of snow complicating the task. The breakfast is not continental (also no buffet), and is also quite expensive although, like the restaurant, food is very good. Wi-fi signal quality should be improved.

There was no free parking place. The girl on the reception found me one, but that blocked 2 another cars, that was said are going to go at 10 am. But at 8.00 am I was woken up by the call and was asked to repeal the car. According to my check-in at 4 am after a long flight - it wasn’t so convenient and pleasant situation. There is no claims to the employees, that’s a problem of the amount of the parking places that are not enough if there are a lot of guests

Breakfast "a la carte" with a very limited and not comprehensive variety of options, with an unsatisfactory price/offer ratio. The hotel has several parking spaces, always occupied, which made parking difficult during the stay.
