Exceptional accommodation right in the heart of Chisinau. It’s a boutique hotel, very cosy, with parking in front of the hotel. The room was extremely clean, with AC, hot water and clean towels. The breakfast was one of the best I ever had, with good ground coffee beans. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful.

it is a 20 minute walk to the main avenue for the busses....there are not many public transport options nearby. I spent 4 nights...my room was not cleaned once.

This is a small, traditional hotel in a super convenient location. Yes, there are a few minor quirks, but the bed is large, the A/C is adjustable, and I really appreciated the "old-school" touches: strong, consistently hot water, and—finally—a spacious desk perfect for working. The breakfast was a real highlight: different every day, generous, and full of local flavors, thanks to the talented in-house chef. The 24/7 front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was here for work this time, but I’ll definitely be back!

Our 3-night stay at Park Lane Hotel in Chisinau was delightful! This charming boutique hotel is perfectly situated next to a stunning park and lake, offering a peaceful retreat. It's conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from the city center. The rooms were a decent size with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were spacious with good water pressure. The room was neat and clean. Fresh towels were provided daily. The reception team was helpful, with some staff members speaking English. Special thanks to Daria for her exceptional service and hospitality, and to Adrian for his assistance. The owner also went above and beyond, accommodating our early check-in request. The breakfast buffet featured delicious, traditional Moldovan cuisine, and the 24-hour complimentary fresh coffee was a lovely touch. When we had to leave early for our flight, the hotel kindly provided box breakfasts, showcasing their considerate nature. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

The breakfast was very elaborate, done with great care. The location is very good, close to a large lake that is great for walks and relaxation. The building is very sound and modern (although without an elevator and the steps of the stairs are sometimes uneven).

There was a strange crack in the concrete floor that had been covered with a carpet, but one could still feel the gap with one's feet. The decoration was a bit kitschy (lavender wallpaper with a framed print of a romance-novel-style woman waiting for her bare-chested man arriving on a horse . . .).

Nice location near parks and a museum and still walkable to the center of the city. The room was spacious and with a nice desk and bed, controllable air conditioning, and good internet. The staff try to be helpful though most of them only speak Moldovan (Romanian) and Russian. One evening staff member speaks English. The breakfast has some tasty Moldovan specialties.

The bathroom had a sort of sewer smell. I think that it was an issue with the pipes (maybe a local issue and not the hotel specifically) and not something to do with the cleanliness of the hotel. But, it wasn’t pleasant. There’s no elevator so if you have heavy luggage or a disability this might not be the hotel for you (especially if you’re on the 4th floor).

We recently stayed at this charming hotel in the city center of Chisinau for one more time and once again had a delightful experience. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff is exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist with any request, making us feel warmly welcomed. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with many key attractions and amenities within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The location was good. The room was wide, clean and silent. We liked that the floors were carpeted. All of the staff which we met were too gentle and helpful. We do not know the others’ names but the receptionist Daria was too helpful and she was very good at English.

There was no any information about the foods and drinks at the breakfast. So it was difficult if you did not eat meat, porc, egg or any kind of food. The temperature was too low at the dining room. There should be a kettle and tea or coffee or herbal tea at the room. But they didn’t promise about this anyway. The toilet at the dining room has no lock. The toilet at the room was smelling. There was only one water at the room but we were two.

The room was overall clean (just some dusty parts in some places), however the bathroom was very clean! The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast however didn't have many vegetarian options, or if they were - most of them were fried and/or cooked with eggs. The veggies were scarce and there were almost no fruits (I stayed 12 nights and I think I saw some plums only in a couple of days) and it was difficult to make up a plate with non-fried vegetarian food which was not pastry or containing egg. The breakfast is the only thing I would suggest to improve. I realised there was no (mini) fridge included in the room, but that was my bad that I didn't notice there isn't any included. Staying during summer time without a fridge made it impossible to store even some small bits of food, or keep water cool during my long stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. A special thanks to Daria, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Her kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!
