A large room with an incredible view of the sea and Petrovac. The bed was also huge in the free upgraded villa room. Professional and extremely friendly staff, especially Adriana from the lobby /terrace bar. Little things that make the stay even more pleasant: Bottle of water in the room, welcome cakes and chocolate candies on the pillow, transport by golf cart to/from the beach, pillow replacement upon request, safe and large parking, exceptional musical evenings on the hotel terrace.

Bring back freshly squeezed juice for breakfast and a larger selection of fruit + soy, or almond milk. But the above does not reduce the enjoyment of an excellent breakfast by the pool, or inside a wonderful restaurant

Pool a little noisy due to being near the road, but not a hinderance or complaint really just an observation .

The hotel has a pool inside and outside. The Villa Room was cosy, big enough, also having a king size bed, and with splendid views! The breakfast is fine. However the hotel is not right at the beach, it is really near, it takes 5-6 minutes to get there. The private beach is a nice touch, we had always free parasol and sun beds (maybe in peak season could be an issue).

There was music right at the hotel EVERY night starting around 8pm, which would be nice, but if you want a peaceful night, or make your baby sleep, you will have troubles. The streets are also quite loud around the hotel (buses, cars). However the breakfast is fine, it was always the same for 7 days. The caffee was also not too special. For us it seemed rather a 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel, new and clean. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and dinner. Friendly stuff. Clean pool, sauna is good.

A lot of steps in the pool area. Non ADA compatible. Not good for safety especially with kids. More an architect mistake, very common for Montenegro to have lots of steps without railings and unsliperry surfaces.

Staff was simply amazing - including, but not limited to GM, receptionists, bell-boys and everybody at the SPA centre. Extremely hospitable and capable of magic that shouldn't even be possible - such as switching rooms at the peak of the season. Breakfast was tasty and ample - buffet with a good selection of cold cuts, eggs, pastries, fruits and vegetables - you get the idea. The restaurant also never felt crowded. Own section of the beach (with dedicated transfer) is a huge plus. Absolutely breathtaking view from the room. Housemaids were swift and almost stealthy; laundry service was also very quick. No issues with soundproofing at all. Despite the hotel being the tallest building in town, I never had to wait for the elevator for too long.

Gym is fairly tiny and it can't accommodate more than two people (though I've never met anyone there). Space around the outdoor pool is also somewhat limited. There were issues with daytime water supply (and, subsequently, with air conditioning) for a couple of days due to a city-wide outage, but they were promptly resolved and the managers went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience.

Very nice and modern hotel, overall I enjoyed my experience there and would definitely stay there again. Rooms are well maintained and look fresh, staff was extremely friendly, helpfull and welcoming. My room was marked as "sea view" and the view was indeed incredible. It's a small town but the location is still good, close to the bus station and to the seaside.

Some nitpicking but given quite high price and 5* mentioning things that catched my eye. TV was quite outdated and did not support Smart TV/casting from the device. I stayed there in April during heating season but it was quite warm outside already so it was a bit hot in my room and there was no option to use AC for cooling. There was no fresh juice for breakfast, there was some dispenser machine but juice from it did not feel natural (although it did the job as a drink). Capsule coffee machine in the room would be good.

Everything was cool . A quiet place , best service , delicious food . We will come back again very soon . The best choice for kids and the hole family . Our 10 -th floor room was magic , the balcony sea side view was peaceful . Thank you ✌️

It was a nice experience staying in Ami hotel. We have been updated for free to a bigger suite, which we really appreciated. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Great stay. The location is great, the hotel beach is clean and close to hotel. The food was great and the staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The live music at the bar was great. If in Petrovac, I will stay here again.

There should be more shower gels, shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom, at least one per guest. We had to call and ask for extras, but did get them in literally three minutes.

The hotel has a very nice view, the rooms are beautiful. The hotel has an indoor pool and sauna und free parking in the garage. The food was good as well, however they do not have orange juice for breakfast. The spa area is also nice and clean, but almost all facilities closed down (only one sauna and pool are working).

The staff was kind however there was no service. If you wanted a drink in bar, you must go to the bartender and order it, nobody came and asked for your order. At the dinner there was the same. The hotel has the potential to be a 5star hotel, but with this management/ service it is not. At spa no drinking water or/and cup (only upon request because staff don't refill the tank) provided.
