The room was EXACTLY like in the pictures ( one of the room that appears on booking ). Very good condition for the price that we payed, clean room and hotel . We booked with half year before so the price was very good . We had a room with no special view ( was on the opposite with sea side ) but for us was perfect- no directly sun in the room so wasn't hot inside ), very quiet, with a very generous terrace. The room has air conditioning functional and a little fridge. towels were changed every day with fresh ones . We didn't try the breakfast.

Doest have parking. That's a general problem in sveti Stefani. Even if the parking places are public there are some locals that blocked them. The lady from the hotel was very nice and helped to find one near by.

The location was perfect and easy to get too, hotel was spotless. Staff couldn’t do enough for you especially the gentleman who helped out with breakfast. All hot food from breakfast is freshly cooked upon request and brought out and not to mention absolutely delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Eventhough the pool was small it was perfect to plunge into the water on a scorching day. Will be happy to return in future.

Everything was super only thing to add would possibly be somewhere to hang wet clothes on the balcony like a handrail. But this did not affect our stay at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff making all affort to satisfy guests. Very good breakfast with fresh fruits and choice of hot meals on request. Also a good coffee. Not bad location with parking lots available, what is important in that location. Place to rest and take soe. Sun bath around the small swimming pool area.

Unfortunately the room was not clean. First of all it was not cleaned carefully - better to not touch bed frames or corners. Walls with clearly visible traces of fungus. Room need more attention to reper things around like windows blinds, fridge etc. Taking the shower was always followed by the floor cleaning because the water went out of the shower area. Not a big afford can make the room really nice place to stay.

Was upgraded to a room with sea view on arrival, the staff was such a lovely lady helping me settle and sort out tv and then the owner very attentive explains where to eat, and where to go during my stay. It’s a quiet area but that was perfect for me as only a short drive or in my case an hours walk was the bustling Budva so was good to visit then go back to the quiet laid back area I stayed. On my last day I’d left earphones and the bus was due so the owner drove me back to the bus stop!! Can’t get better than that, real kindness

The property is in a great location near to the beach and restaurants. We got given a huge room which was very clean and it had a nice view of the sea.

The room and building was dated with old fashioned furniture and our bed was uncomfortable, I think the mattress may have been broken.

Recommend it for those who like a peaceful and quiet place, very close to the sea and the island. The lady at the reception helped us with the room we stayed in. The rooms were clean and hygienic. She also helped us stay in a nicer room by upgrading our room to a nice room with a sea view as a gesture.

Location is great,and Sv.Stefan has a great beaches and great nature to relax. The host is friendly and helpful, Highly recommended.

The litttle thing in bathroom,like shampoo and hair dryer is missing.

We loved the relaxed, friendly feel of the property, they do a delicious breakfast for 8 euros, the pool is an added treat hidden within the beautifully garden. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The owners are the sweetest people, very friendly, helpful and understanding. The breakfast was amazing and we felt genuinely taken care of. The pool was also very nice for a hot day, we enjoyed being in a bit of a shade so much.
