1. The first impression was amazing—clean and welcoming, with a friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, spoke excellent English (which was a major concern for us), and made us feel right at home. Check-in was quick and seamless, and all the essential information was conveniently provided in the room. 2. Our room was absolutely spotless, with a complimentary bottle of water provided for all three guests. The room came fully stocked with great amenities—a minibar (with a clear price list), a "Tesla" smart TV (which gave us a laugh), and essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner (a 2-in-1), shower gel, and even shower caps. There were also bathrobes, towels (clearly labelled to avoid confusion), a hot water kettle, coffee cups, glasses, and tea/coffee essentials.The room insulation was excellent, making it feel almost like summer. 3. The staff were phenomenal! Everyone was polite, friendly, and attentive. They paid extra attention to our toddler, always giving her high-fives and warm hellos that made her smile. A special shoutout to the restaurant staff—they were simply amazing! They made every meal special, and one even surprised our toddler with a chocolate bar. 4. Complimentary breakfast was à la carte, not buffet-style, but there were a variety of options to choose from, and we were also allowed to order to-go items. 5. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was great. However, since the network was open and didn’t require a password, we were a bit concerned about security. We used VPNs to secure our data, but it would have been reassuring to have a password-protected network. 6. The hotel’s location was very convenient—less than a 30-minute drive from the airport and less than a 30-minute walk from several tourist spots. This made it easy for us to explore the area without hassle. 7. Since we checked out early before breakfast time, the hotel staff thoughtfully packed us a takeaway lunch

A few things could be improved—room slippers and moisturisers/toothpaste could have been provided, and we had to log in to our own streaming accounts on the smart TV (and remember to log out before checkout). The air conditioning was tricky to figure out, so we often had to open the windows, especially after shower time, when the room felt a bit stuffy. While the food and staff were excellent, the smell of cigarettes in the restaurant was a major downside. The indoor smoking area was only partitioned by a door that was always left open, causing the smell to spread. Because of our taste preferences as Africans, we would have loved to see spicier (peppery) options on the menu.

Clean, comfortable room, modern design, polite, helpful, and professional staff. Located in the part of the town named after the location of the old airport (Stari Aerodrom), about a good 20-minute walk toward the city center. Here, you can see the clock tower (Sahat kula) and old town (Stara varoš) worth walking toward the ruins of the fortress, passing by a mosque ending at a beautiful old stone bridge. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the nearby taxi stand. In the surrounding area, you can find many shops and bars. Do not miss tasting perfect grilled food in the grill restaurant "Ukus".

The room temperature was too hot, despite the control unit, which is not working. The setting is made from the reception desk, which is somehow awkward. Guest must call reception many times to lower or raise the temperature and finally get the more or less appropriate temperature. The advice from the receptionist was to open the windows that bring street noise into the room. So, for the sleep, you have to decide what is your preferred option :-)

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always assisting us with a smile. We were staying for a special occasion (our wedding), and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. On our last day, they even treated us to drinks, which was a lovely gesture. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Special thanks to the receptionist who saved the day by bringing me an iron – truly a lifesaver! We are very grateful and would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Our flight was at 9 pm. I asked the Amina at the front desk if we could get a late checkout by 12 pm. She arranged our checkout to be 2 pm. Which was very gracious considering our hotel in Neum was charging us for half a day if we stayed even one hour beyond 10 am checkout. Also our server at breakfast, Mladjen, was welcoming. They didn't have a breakfast buffet but we could order anything from the menu.

The AC in the room was a little noise.

Good location in walking distance to the city centre, with parking for guests. I liked the rooms, clean and nicely furnished. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is a la cart, with few options, but very generous assortments. Fast services in the hotel's restaurant, good prices.

Although they have plenty of parking spots around the hotel, I barely managed to find the last unoccupied one. Smoking is allowed in the front part of the restaurant, but you can feel it even inside the hotel.

Comfortable and stylish room, with spacious bathroom and large shower. Easy parking outside the hotel. Friendly staff who were happy to assist guests.

The hotel breakfast was not great, it was fine, but below the standard I had expected given how smart the rooms and rest of hotel were. I think the issue was that there was the standard breakfast for guests and also an option to order off a menu, creating a two tier system.

The front desk spoke English well and they were responsive. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We only stayed one night, but it was a good night. There's not many options in Podgorica, and this is by far one of the top 3.

The inside of the elevator talks about fitness, spa, and a skybar. I went to the associated floors and they just didn't exist. It was a little strange. There is potential for this hotel, they just need to develop these key things they have advertised.

A near new hotel with a spacious room and very comfortable fit-out. Bathroom was a generous size and worked well (unlike many new hotels in the region). Good restaurant attached. Decor was very pleasant. Altogether, an enjoyable place to base in Montenegro. Parking in front of hotel and always was a space. Bed was excellent.

The neigbourhood was a bit too much old Yugoslavia - betting shops everywhere (!). However, this observation could apply to most places in Podgorica.

nice 4 star hotel. room and bath room are large and well equiped all the areas we've been are clean. easily check in and out. didn't have the breakfasts and didn't use spa,so i can not comment

breakfast ends at 10.30 not close to city center but it's small city. so it takes 5-6 min by car or 30 min by walk to almost everywhere

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Ten minutes from the airport by car and 5 minutes to the Centre of town. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to shops and places where to eat. However, the hotel has its own restaurant, and the food is nice. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast because we had an early start, but they happily packed us a good breakfast to go.
