The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, all the facilities were working. The location of the hotel is superb, right in the middle of the city center. Overall a fine experience.

There were issues with hot water - when the shower is turned on, it does not heat instantly. There was no blanket in our room, so we had to ask the staff to give us one. Also one of the curtains was constantly falling from the curtain rod, but those are all small things that didn't bother us much.

We stayed for one night as we were travelling through Podgorica. The hotel entrance is very unusual, with original artworks and sculpture decorating the entryway. When we arrived, we had a perfectly nice room, but one of the 2 single beds was broken and we couldn't use it. After discussing the problem with the very helpful receptionist, she kindly contacted her manager and upgraded us to Apartment 1, which was beautiful. It was the best hotel room of our entire 2 weeks in Montenegro and Albania. Would 100% recommend booking if you are staying in Podgorica. Big thanks to the kind receptionist who helped us have a good night's sleep after a long journey.

The issue with the bed was resolved quickly, everything else was perfect.

From the beginning, the hotel was responsive to my messages and questions. The hotel is a walking distance to almost everywhere u may want to explore. The room had everything I needed. The breakfast was good. The lady making coffee in the morning was very cheerful and helpful. The receptionist who recieved me explained thoroughly where I can go. In sum, this is a very convenient hotel to explore the city. Do not expect luxury, but everything works properly. The dog 🐕 that belongs to the place is so cute and adds warmth to the place. There is a supermarket next to the hotel which made it easy to grab anything I needed. Also, plenty of restaurants around is a huge advantage.

Nothing. Perhaps a suggestion: please keep ur guests informed about the closure of some shops on Sundays (all grocery stores were closed), so it will make a difference for those of us from a different side of the world to know this information and plan their Sunday accordingly.

A lovely, friendly hotel. Kind, helpful staff. The owner is a charming lady. She allowed me to check out an hour later. My flight was some hours ahead, and her kind gesture meant I did not have wait so long at the airport before I could check-in. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The room was very quiet. It was good value for money. The hotel booked a very friendly taxi driver to take me to and from the airport. Apart from the friendly welcome at reception, the cat and dog who live in the hotel greeted me each time I walked in!

The hotel was like an art galery. Really so beautiful. Everything was very close to the hotel.

I can' t understand this so beautiful hotel and the soap was empty in the room . The small lamp couldn't worke. And the cleaner can' t says a"hi" or something when we try to tell her" good morning" ( we tryd 3 time she was front of me and can't says something... And my frien like drink more cafe for start the day. The woman told to her only 2 cofe is for free. It is not so elegant. I am so sorry to tell this. But so-so beatiful hotel it says so great teast has the owner and this small things make the experienc not perfect.

Really nice room with comfortable bed. Spacious, modern bathroom with fully functioning shower. Wifi worked throughout. Friendly, helpful receptionist, arranged airport taxi for us. Lots of artwork in entrance and communal areas. Large selection for continental buffet breakfast. Located just off central square, 15 mins walk from transport interchange and next to supermarket. We would stay here again.

There's a lift inside but no real step-free access from outside.

Perfect location right in the city. Super clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was very modern and the shower worked very well. The AC was perfect and the breakfast had a good selection. Honestly such a good price for what you get, I have certainly paid more for worse places. The supermarket is right next door as well as lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The perfect place to enjoy a private space for someone on a budget.

Very friendly staff, beautiful style of the hotel in general. Room and especially the bathroom were nice. I could park my motorcycle right behind the backdoor of the hotel where it was monitored by cctv.

Minor detail: Please consider using lightbulbs with a warmer.color in the room. The room itself is very cozy but this cold white light makes you feel like in an operating room. Breakfast could be improved (should include one cup of coffee)

Location of Hotel Kerber is perfect, especially if you have a short stay as I did (only spent nights in Podgorica to fly in and out the country). You have everything around you in a couple of minutes walk - supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, squares, etc. The staff is really helpful and friendly, breakfast is good as well. The room has everything you need.

Some furniture/facilities deserve some refurbishment - the handle of my door was clearly mending instead of fixed, the curtains as well. But nothing that impacted my stay, so all good!

1) Very cozy bathroom with candles and my favourite skincare products (Rituals...). 2) Central location, very close to everything you might want to see in the city. 3) Supermarket is right next to the hotel entrance.

1) The room light is dull. 2) No water bottles in the room. 3) The air conditioner is old and produces quite a lot of noise. 4) Two TV remote controls, no instruction how to use, I could not figure out.
