Location, literally straight line from the airport, and then walking distance from all the pubs and restaurants in the city centre, plus the stadium. The room was spacious, clean, with great climate control. Enough parking and great style in how the lobby and the building looks.

Really small pillows on our first night. No dental care kit and hence no toothpaste on our first night. Not allowing food from outside into the room, not even snacks. The sauna would not heat up above 45°C which was very mild. Staircase is very very slippery and nearly got seriously injured on it.

the hotel is in high standard, the staff not only gave professional service but they cared and walked an extra mile for me- i arrived to the hotel at 9:00 after a long rafting trip, i corresponded with the hotel before hand to ask whether it will be possible to check in early, and they made the effort and made sure i had a room ready when i arrived!!! for me this ment the world! the hotel have a very beautiful and extra clean spa, i was alone in the spa and it was just perfect! the hotel has a restaurant with great foods and drinks, and as a vegetarian, i had plenty of variety to choose from, and got a super service from Liliana. the bed mattress was perfect, high quality, the pillows in the right size!

Loved the room decoration, very classical and elegant like the hotel overall. Great breakfast. Had a nice little indoor pool and sauna. everything very clean and staff were extremely helpful. Good location in the city centre.

We would have appreciated some nice view, but only had one of treetops. We also would have liked an outdoor pool to cool off in and for some sunbathing, rather than just the indoor one. In the morning there were many casual business men loudly discussing and using the breakfast area (a nice winter garden) for their meetings, which ruined the peaceful breakfast atmosphere. Dear staff, please tell them to use one of your many functions rooms instead as it disturbs guests!

The hotel really looks like a 5 star hotel,very elegant inside and outside.Staff very nice.Room was spacious and cozy.The pool is small,gym alike.Sauna is new and big,very nice relax area.Breakfast is good quality but the the choice is not like in a 5 star.

2 things: - the shower is very cheap plastic,I couldn’t adjust it properly,it was crooked.A bad touch,I’d say it needs to be changed. - the breakfast was fine but limited choice,and they offer espresso only for extra cost,however I saw on the menu that it costed only 2€.For the room price I paid (over 140€/night),it came as a weird surprise.This should be fixed too…

A rare classic hotel. Beautiful rooms, restaurant and lobby. In a leafy part of the city centre. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We arrived very early after a 7 day tour in the mountains and we were given a room and had breakfast. The spa is small but wonderful, we had it to ourselves. Great and plentiful breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, thankyou to the team for making such a wonderful environment.

The "small" things... Although we paid for breakfast, we were asked to pay extra for coffee... the alternate coffee was untasteful and only cold milk available. The TV set is very old and complicated to use.

The hotel is really beautiful and bright and the staff were so welcoming on arrival. We were given a really lovely room on the first floor scutch was spacious, modern with a comfy bed and good air-con. We used the pool which was small but good for a little swim - we didn’t use the jacuzzi or sauna but both looked clean. Good walking distance to the old and new town - Podgorica is easy to explore and this was a lovely quiet base to explore from!

Nothing we didn’t like. Our one slight complaint was that our room was close to the open plan stairs and reception making it a little noisy at odd times as hotel staff were working but other wise this hotel was great for us!

Very nice hotel, comfortable, elegant. The most beautiful staircase I've ever seen in a hotel. The swimming pool and sauna were lovely. Everything provided for guests' pleasure and comfort. All the staff we met were excellent. The hotel had a nice atmosphere. Close to the central area of town but plenty of parks and woodland nearby. .

We thought the restaurant was quite expensive but there were loads of places to eat and drink within a ten minute walk.

Overall great hotel for a city stay with a convenient location. We only stayed for one night and thus did not have time to try the Spa or other hotel facilities.

Upon arrival (10:45pm) we were told that we could not get even a drink in the hotel restaurant anymore, even though the reception told us that it was still open until 11pm.

We put in a special request before we arrived and the amazing staff took care of the request, many thanks for that! We arrived after midnight and the gentleman at the front desk welcomed us and showed us everything. Every member of the staff is really welcoming and will do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very versatile and delicious, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel has it´s own parking lot and has the best location in Podgorica (3 min walking distance from the city center). All things considered, I would recommend Ziya Hotel to everyone coming to Podgorica!
