The hotel is very clean and is located in the heart of Podgorica - it is walking distance from major landmarks like Gorica Hill, Millenium Bridge and Stara Varos. The view from the hotel's restaurant is also breathtaking - it looks over Skaline Fort and the Maracá river, making it the perfect spot for breakfast. The breakfast is also really good - there isa good variety of sweet and savory options. I really loved the sweet Montenegrin pastries they had. The breakfast has limited options for vegetarians (but veggie food is not common in Montenegro so I assume this is an issue they would have at every hotel). I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The receptionists gave us directions to the bus station and were quick to fulfill our requests for extra shampoo / pillows / etc. Overall a great experience and I would 100% recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Podgorica.

The only complaint I had with the hotel was that it is located right across from a night bar that plays music quite loudly until 2am - 3am. I wanted to sleep with the window open, but could not because of the music. It is fine once you close the window, but if you are a light sleeper, this may still bother you. We were also staying at the ground floor rooms facing the night bar, I assume the noise is much less if you are staying on a higher floor or a room facing the opposite direction. When I complained about the noise at night, the reception was very understanding but let us know that they could not do anything about it.

I sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality extended by the hotel staff. I would like to particularly commend Theodora, Jana, and the gentleman at the reception for their exceptional assistance. Special thanks also go to the chef of the hotel restaurant for preparing delightful breakfasts👌. Additionally, I extend my gratitude to Nina, who was always prepared early in the restaurant to serve guests during breakfast. During my five-night stay, she thoughtfully placed a cup of Turkish coffee on my table every morning without needing any request—a gesture that truly made my mornings enjoyable☕️.

Replacing the sink could be considered as a potential improvement.

The building itself is amazing and layered. It has a great view from the restaurant and the bar. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It is easily accessible and the hotel itself is very walkable. Since we went for the NYE holidays, they gave us coupons for discount in the restaurant. (Maybe it is standard practice, but, still, nice touch).

In one of our rooms, there was no possibility to open the window. The staff said that they will fix it, but in our two days of staying there, they haven't. Also, there were no kettles in the rooms. If you are occupying an adjacent room, know that the soundproofing is not as good.

As a Brit, breakfast was not up to scratch. No orange juice or elements of an English breakfast on offer. Indifferent staff on duty . Technical problems with making the TV in our room work throughout our stay. Quite frustrating. Location a little too far out of town centre.

Amazing building and location. Such interesting architecture which perfectly fits in its surroundings. Lovely staff. Good breakfast buffet and nice bar area. Huge bed. We loved the balcony and the great view onto the river.

We were right at the end of the building and from our balcony we could hear a loud buzzing noise from a big electrical box right next to the room. it made sitting out there a bit noisy and the balcony was the nicest thing about the room so that was a bit of a shame. Towels and sheets had some holes in and could have smelt fresher for such a nice hotel.

The hotel is in a beautiful spot, on the river's bank — a lovely view from the restaurant. Sound isolation is good; the bed is comfortable. The shower has several different modes. Breakfast was not very diverse, but tasty. Personnel at the reception kindly helped us with a taxi to the airport.

The furniture is old and sometimes broken. The toilet's door can't be opened completely because the bathroom is so small that the door is impossible to open because of the toilet itself. When we arrived, we had only one robe instead of two and no hand soap. Our main complaint, however, is the small metallic lamps over the bed. My friend used one of them in the evening, and when she wanted to change the lamp's position, she burnt her hand badly in two places - they are super hot and unsafe to use!

On my arrival the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. This was very much appreciated after a long and tiring journey. The room I had was fantastic and very clean and comfortable. I would like to pass my thanks to the receptionist she was so welcoming and professional.

The breakfast was not to my liking and getting tea or coffee was difficult

My second stay at this hotel, the staff are very good, friendly and helpful. My particular thanks to the delightful lady on reception who speaks French, she was particularly helpful, always with a happy "bonjour", "bonsoir" or "bon nuit" The room light and airy a nice private balcony overlooking the gardens, the river and the old fortifications on the opposite bank. Pleasantly peaceful and relaxing.

Nit picking would be to note that the hotel accommodation could do with a bit of new carpeting in the accommodation corridors just to bring it up to that next level of a higher standard. Having a sink plug for the washbasin, I personally would like, I am a wet shaver in the mornings and like to be able to soak my shaving brush to help lathering my face.

The hotel was nice and comfortable and close to restaurants and the venue we visited. I liked that we had free parking for our stay. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

The staff were not very attentive , ex: greeting you when you enter and to ask what we need. We sat down at a table for breakfast and had to go up and ask for a coffee. For a 4 star hotel you expect a little more. I want to clarify that no one was rude but customer service was lacking.

As always, I love this hotel when in Podgorica. You can look at my older reviews. I prefer a room with a balcony. What was great is, that we almost missed the breakfast, since we had some work in the morning, but when we arrived, the staff, that allready removed most of the breakfast, kindly assisted us, got us some additional bread etc. I now slept in a few Podgorica hotels, but still my favorite.

I would say noise from the nearby arena, but we had a free great concert of Zucherro and if you come during concerts and approach the arena from the hotel, you can really see and hear perfectly.
