The hotel was located in a commercial complex/offices and a few shops in the new part of town. Conveniently close to many government buildings. Breakfast was good. The gym was quite good, although overcrowded - it was located in the commercial center but hotel clients had a free pass.

Check in could have been better. On the first day I arrived just after noon and at reception they told me my room was ready but I would have had to pay about 150 EUR for early check in because check in was at 2 or 3 pm. It was quite odd - I waited in the bar because I had a 1 pm meeting anyways. They realised and offered to have me check in just before I left for my meeting. Otherwise staff were kind, just they could provide more information at check in about hotel services.

Lana and Svetdana at the reception were super amazing. It was such a joy meeting them as we were still riding off the rage of missing our flight. They empathised with us and made sure we were super comfortable for the rest of our stay - even upgraded our rooms for free. Breakfast was good and affordable. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the restaurant as we were out all day. It's close to shops and the big fashion mall. Only downside is that the other facilities, such as the pool and spa were outside the building and had to be paid for separately.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities in the hotel were great. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and staff willing to make other things for us too

Location was slightly away from the area we visited most but staff were helpful with booking taxis for us and the area itself was really trendy and if we didn’t want to go to the old town, the bar in the hotel was a great place to hang out

I didn’t just pick 10, I meant it. The location, the staff, the rooms, all were excellent.

Everything went well exactly as planned with the hotel. I forgot to ask for a third pillow and they opened another room in the middle of the night for me. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready. They gave me a bit larger room as a free upgrade so I could go immediately. Parking was easy. The Hotel is in walking distance of the Mall and just 5 min by car to the old city where the nightlife is going on.

The room was fantastic, the staff made us feel at home, it felt like we had known each other a long time. Can't wait to return to that hotel and meet all the beautiful people in Podgorica.

The fact I had a full bar in my room I had to pay more for if I drank anything from it. Wish we had some free drinks. Otherwise, everything was excellent 👌

A wonderful hotel - the hotel staff are very professional, the service is truly caring - it’s impossible not to note, they treat you like the best guests! Thank you! The cleanliness is perfect, the rooms are large, very beautiful, new, modern, the breakfast is very tasty, the location is in the very center - shops, restaurants, business centers, parks - everything is nearby! Underground parking! Everything is great, we highly recommend it and we will come back with pleasure.

The staff was helpful and was there for any even tiny mater. We also received a room upgrade and small gifts from the hotel, which was lovely. I really enjoyed the spa - it is quite big and there were not many people there. There was also a possibility for a massage for 2 at the same time. Breakfast was also really good (I got the take-away breakfast prepared and it was just right for to-go, my companion enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel and it was really good).

I didn’t really like the fact that the spa does not just open with your hotel key - someone has to come and open it for you, you also don’t get extra towels by default or sheets (at least in Europe sauna has to be entered rather in sheets than in bikini). Also the sauna is open not only for hotel guests - so I can imagine that in the summer it can get pretty crowdy.

1) Room was clean, modern and comfortable, we had a quick check in, also we got a parking below the hotel. 2) Spa in the hotel was charming, we spent a lot of time there, but we didn't try massage or other procedures. 3) Perfect location, everything were within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, parks and sightseeings. 4) Hospitable staff, I pointed out that we are just married and have a mini honey moon after wedding, we supplied us with a. better room and a present (cakes, fruits and wine), it was very sweet, we didn't even expect this. Because all we wanted was just a quiet room. 5) Good breakfast with a nice choice, also I can recommend the restaurant on the first floor, it is perfect for a cocktail break, dinner or date.

The hotel is in the best part of the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (and my wife is demanding) but everything was perfect. And we upgraded to an apartment, just the best.

Nothing, truly nothing could have been improved upon.

We stayed in this hotel for the final day of our holiday - it was so lovely. The staff were really amazing and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. We slept very well. We spent a lot of time in the spa which is included in the stay. The 'living room' restaurant was amazing for lunch and dinner.

Everything was perfect.
