The staff were excellent. The hotel had arranged our airport pickup and though our flight was delayed multiple times, they ensured that the taxi was there to pick us up past midnight! That was very comforting as we were arriving in a country where we didn't speak the language. Evona at the front desk was amazing! Welcoming, warm and cheerful, she arranged taxis for us to visit the vineyards as well as to go to Kotor. She spoke excellent English and ensured that we got the right price with the taxis and took fantastic care of us including arranging lunch for us at the hotel, even though they had a conference and were at capacity.

The hotel is located nearby the highway. No facilities it has but very clean rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful for any need you may have. I stayed there for a night to sleep while I was on a road trip. The room is clean and the air conditioner was working properly. No restaurant or place to eat nearby. I ordered meals and ate in the room. The staff helped to place my order in Greek. A value-for-money place to sleep over.

Breakfast was really good. There was several hot foods (eggs in different ways, domestic sausages, hot dogs) as well as salami and domestic cheese. We also liked the location of the hotel. With a taxi you are very quickly to, for example, the universities or to the centre. For the taxi, you need to ask the hotel to order a cheap taxi for you, because you can quickly overpay a taxi if you don't order the right one.

Everything was OK. Staff was very helpful and friendly. There were problem with a WiFi, but the staff tried everything and solved the problem quickly.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable, the staff was great and very helpful.

Everything was excellent, but the rating is 9 because I believe that this hotel is still not a four-star hotel considering the equipment of the bathroom and rooms.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, breakfast was super tasty (there was no buffet probably because not many guests in the hotel), spacious parking and rooms.

The location is good for travel but not the best for exploring the city since it is quite far from the center

Great for one night stay. We checked in very late, but the recepcionist welcomed us warmly, helped with bags and was very helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was served from menu, but good. Great choice for one night stay, great price 👌

The hotel needs a face lift to keep up with the competition The main road is too close for comfort .If you are staying in a room next to it you will probably have noise issues

Great, courteous staff. Really nice people. Large bed, good hot water pressure. Great breakfast.

Needs maintenance and cleaning. The shower was clogged, the bathroom door was unhinged, and a deep clean was needed for the carpet and furniture. Also, shampoo and conditioner would be appreciated. Overall, it was a good value, just lacking a bit of attention, which can be easily fixed.

Excellent breakfast and great coffee. Very helpful staff. Hotel interior is nice. Easy access with car.

No mosquito nets on the balcony's doors and windows. Bathroom had a bad smell from the sewage.
