An excellent hotel, excellent service, and an outstanding breakfast. We simply asked the waitress, and she made sure to bring us everything. They provide an amazing and wonderful experience. They are very caring and want to give the guests a great feeling. On the first day, we arrived late for dinner, and they made sure to bring us everything from the restaurant menu, making us feel great. The receptionists are very nice, especially Jelena, who was lovely, always smiling, and very helpful. She gave us an excellent vacation experience, guiding us to great places, including Lake Skadar, which was fantastic. Thank you very much for everything, from the bottom of our hearts.

The facilities were amazing, room is spacious, queit, cleaners are excellent, restaurant is excelent, reception and spa personnel just great, everyone is super helpful.

Spa should be more adjusted, temperatures of the saunas in particular. Also doors are not hermetic at the sauna. Also, at 5 stars hotel usually some kits, such as shower cup, dental ans shoe kits are available, but this did not spoil much

Uncomfortable harassment by fellow guest in sauna spaces. The staff was very apologetic about the incident which was appreciated. Nonetheless the hotel should be more attentive to the security measures in place to ensure all guests, especially female feel safe and secure during their stay.

Large, comfortable, quiet hotel perfectly located outside of the city center, own parking, fantastic relaxing swimming pool including spa area with well equipped bedrooms guarantees good night sleep. In addition, very good breakfast and finally, very friendly and at the same time professional hotel staff.

I enjoyed every bit of time spent at the Voco hotel. The staff were quite warm and helpful. It was my birthday and they brought me a little cup cake and candle to celebrate, which was quite lovely of them.

The only improvement I would recommend would be to include more food options in the menu and attempt to be more continental than local.

clean and comfortable room, lovely reception staff. We stayed one night due to a cancelled flight home, would not have stayed longer as a corporate hotel in an industrial area but definitely a welcome oasis for the night after driving across the mountains from Tivat. Breakfast was not very good value for money

Very clean & modern hotel. Bedroom was huge with a very comfortable King size bed. Sofa opened up to another King size bed, still leaving plenty of room for the 3 armchairs & 2 tables & a wall length console table with minibar. It also had a separate walk-in wardrobe area with robes & slippers for the Spa, and a Safe. The bathroom was well appointed with a walk-in wetroom. The Spa - with a Hammam, 2 x Sauna, relaxation room, mood showers & 2 hot tubs. Olympic size indoor pool. Close to the airport.

Not a dislike, rather an observation. The hotel is located away from the centre of Podgorica so a cab ride is required.

Specious room with a great bathroom. Facilities - spa and pool are super. Breakfast was with a nice food variety. Staff was very nice and kind.

A bit far from the city - needed a car. Public transportation from/to city center poor.

Very beautiful, modern and clean. Rooms are spacious and the bed is so comfortable. The main reason for stay while we looked for a place, is to have spa facilities. Their spa had many different saunas and relaxation areas. Staff was very kind and helpful throughout the stay and upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Very clean and quiet stay.

we like voco-podgorica. they offered us a 2bedroom stay which was very comfortable with our son. the breakfast was very good, the indoor swimming pool was excellent and the wellness center is very relaxing. the staff was helpful and kind as always
