The room was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was just perfect and the welcome from the staff was exceptional and warm. We were also able to recharge your electric vehicle on site and our little dog was superbly welcomed, it is all these little details that make the place magnificent . We really recommend this hotel for the human warmth and the quality of service. Thank you so much !

I love the manager lady there. She was kind and hospitable. She even gave me more coffee and croissants for the road. They had a bigger room available, so they gave the big room free of charge. I loved the staff and everything. It is very close to the airport, so it is convenient for that also.

I enjoyed my stay! I was only in town for one night as I was doing a road trip round the Balkans with a mate, and we each got a room which met our needs at a good price! The room was clean, had aircon, and the bed was comfortable! The owners were very welcoming and friendly, gave us fruit on arrival, and were helpful in arranging transportation to the city centre for us.

I thought breakfast options were a little limited, but I had a nice breakfast nonetheless. However, while breakfast was included in the price, I was charged separately for both the coffees that I drank (at breakfast).

Very very friendly staff. Two kind ladies and friendly guy. All the time asking me is everything fine and do I need something else. Even bring a fruit to my room. Free of charge.. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for my reason of travel.

I stayed in Podgorica for one night. Everything was the best! The room was small with a big bed (even I booked a small one), the bathroom was very clean and looked like new. The breakfast was great. Both receptionists were also very friendly. My warm recommendation is to use this hotel for several days.

Very friendly staff and overall great service. I was traveling with my motorbike and had to stop because I hurt my leg. I booked a room upstairs and they offered me a better one downstairs because I couldn’t walk. Very thoughtful and kind.

Very friendly staff, location of the hotel and the fact that the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good, a wide choice of foods, which i’m sure is only local produce. The cook will prepare you fresh breakfast, i found that very nice. Rooms were clean and newly renovated, AC was working as it should, as it was very hot in Podgorica when we were staying there.

Nice and clean hotel with kind and helpful staff and good location. Definitely will stay there again and will recommend to my friends. P.S. Better to book a room directly from hotel website. When I made a booking on booking.com was information that I will pay for the hotel after arriving. However, booking.com charged money from my bank account the day before arriving.

Very friendly staff, everyone speaks good Englisch. By arriving, The staff offered us another (also) a larger room, (we decided to take it) without extra payment! Very kind of them! Breakfast was in good order, also a very nice attention from the staff to serve additional “meals”. The AirPort transfer, was good, pick up and transport to the aiport was on time, AirPort is nearby! Location is about 20 minutes by foot, from City Center. The room including bathroom were clean, both rooms have enough facilities.. for guests. Bathroom was large, enough space, for doing the necessary things. The staff gave us good and nice information…about sightseeing, tours, trips. Etc. 24hours reception available. We have slept well ,the hotel is in a quiet street and neighbourhood. It is a nice and clean hotel, with a great Service , to stay. All together, the staff , its services and the room, have had a very nice time…in Hotel M! I would recommend it!!!

Very good small hotel to feel like at home. Very polite staff and good service. Good location, close to big shopping centre and restaurants. Will stay again visiting Montenegro.
