The location is great, walking distance to the old town of Ait Ben haddou. It has private off road parking, a couple of terraces to sit on and a nice lounge area. The staff were amazing, run off their feet busy but still cheerful and very helpful. We ate there in the evening and the food was very good. The breakfasts include fresh made omelette and orange juice as well as pastries, olives etc

We had a cockroach run across the floor in the bathroom...very alarming. The 1st and only one we saw in a month in Morocco. The outdoor furniture on both the sun terraces has seen better days and should be replaced. Not the hotels fault, but we were kept awake at night with the sound of dogs howling, not unusual in Morocco though.

We were a bit worried as the price of this hotel was low compared to the others in the area however it is one of the best stays for value vs price ever. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff are so ver hospitable and wonderfully generous with their time, advice and smiles. This is a wonderfull place and with a great breakfast to start your day. The property is PET FRIENDLY and good WIFI throughout the hotel. We will be rearranging our return trip so that we can stay at the hotel on our way home. Do not hesitate to book. You will be very happy here.

Staff were very nice. The young gentlemen even cleaned our car without us asking. The breakfast was Excellent and plentiful (they brought breakfast for 2 that even 4 people could not finish). Room was bright and comfortable. There is a terrace for common use with lots of space overlooking the main road. Safe parking right in front of the hotel. Hotel has a restaurant but we did not have a chance to try it. Very good Restaurant (Zeytoun) right across the street too.

There was not any Hooks in the bathroom so one can hang stuff. Heater did not seem to go to the temprature you set it to. They seem to discourage eating and drinking in the room.

Very warm welcome, beautiful rooms with great shower & toilet room with sink, heater as it gets cold out here at nighttime, comfy bed and great location

Ait Benhaddou has been taken over by the film production crews so it's nothing more than a movie set now – they're actually constructing loads more fake mud & stone houses to make it appear bigger than it actually is, just to shoot yet another film

Abdel was the star. He was kind, helpful and the perfect gentleman. The room was nice. A good value for the price.

The maid service would not clean my room because I left jewelry on the bed, but didn't tell the manager to ask me to remove it. The expensive vegan tagine that was a sparse sprinkling of zucchini and carrots and heavy on potatoes. The entry door is locked early in the morning so I could not catch the sunrise.

Dated bathroom, cold during a January night. BUT for the price and location and amazing staff no complaints!

It has a very warm and open atmosphere. Both the people and the rooms, 3nd floor terrace looks out over the surrounding gorges and mountains in the distance. A good place just to hang out for a few days. Plus Morad and Abdu Ghani can advise and help. The good thing is they dont push their agenda. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to Air Ben Handout. The staff is very friendly and give you tips for the visit. There is a rooftop with great views. A non working jacuzzi that will be great the day it work. We paid 20€ so don't expect a luxury place but the room is ok for an stop to visit the Kashba. And the included very nicebuffet breakfast will have the cost of you stay in other hotels.

Excellent value for money. The guy running the accommodation was absolutely lovely. So helpful, flexible and full of energy ideas. A delight to be around. Enormous breakfast if you have the appetite. Perfect location to visit the fortress. Pp

No hot water in shower and bathroom was tiny. Fine for one night.

We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed with the level of service. The staff was exceptionally responsive and attentive to our needs. We encountered an unexpected situation with our 6-year-old daughter falling ill during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us.
