The customer service, the hygiene, location, the sweet housekeeper, the facilities, space, kitchen. Our baby got really bad gastroenteritis from eating out. Latimad took care of u, offered and took us to the hospital herself. She waited patiently and picked us back up. She met all our other needs as well and was very friendly. I cannot thank her enough. I would definitely only stay here if I was in Ouarzazate again. The place was good for my baby to recover as it felt like home. The big supermarket is very close by which was convenient to cook for my baby.

This was our first apartment in Morocco and we loved the space. It was very hot and one of the fans wasn't working and when I mentioned it to the owner she went out and bought us a brand new one straightway. It was easy to park outside and there were small shops close by where we could buy bread, milk, water etc. We returned to these apartments at the end of our holiday for one night. We would highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was fantastic. Plenty of space, and comfortable beds. The kitchen was one of the best we have encountered, and it was generally in a quiet part of town. There is a bit of noise from the floor above, but nothing beyond the normal noise that comes with living in a multi story building. Also, if you want to be right in the heart of the city, it is a bit far, but it’s a quick taxi ride or a pleasant walk to get down to the middle of town. Highly recommend it!

A spacious, well-equipped apartment. 3 bedrooms and a big living area made it perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washing machine was quite handy. The terrace also has a great view of Ouzarzate and the surrounding mountains. Communication was excellent, too. Very happy to recommend.

Nothing, really. It's on the main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but not enough to really worry us.

The apartment was very spacious and clean and ideal for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The air conditioning was wonderful as it was very hot. The owner was exceptionally helpful and kind. We felt very comfortable here and I would definitely recommend.

It was our last night in Morocco and we were flying home the next day 😔

The best property I ever stayed in Ouarzazate and I stayed in quite few. The best equipped flat with everything you need.

Only one thing can be change. The flat needs a bit attention with upgrades like shower head,some tailing and painting in some places but is not a big deal

Very good furnishings, had everything you need for an apartment. Cutlery,spare towels, some toilet tissue, blankets and good size rooms

Shower head broke so had to hold the shower head. Being picky but nonetheless good.

It's value for money and located in quite convenient location. It's a comfortable stay for family of five and just passing by between Marrakesh to Merzouga. Carrefour is near by.

l am very happy with my choice l recommend to everybody. Host is helpful. Only the staires can be a problem. l left buggy downstairs.

The apartment was just as described, the location was good, not far from the city center and the host was always available to answer our questions. Very friendly, kind and helpful host with a very comfortable apartment!
