Very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized rooms with air conditioning. Gas hob in the kitchen. Good sized fridge and a washing machine. TV with excellent range of channels. Fun to people watch from the balcony. Good shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Complimentary toiletries and washing up liquid. 15 min walk from main part of town. Can walk to this accommodation from the airport. Also local shops (including barber) and bakeries within easy walking diatance.

Could be a bit noisy at night/evening as 3 cafes close by and lots of traffic.

Simply just faultless. It’s easy to find, sat nav took me straight to the front entrance where I was greeted with a welcoming smile from the concierge. He was so helpful he changed my room to a lowered floor to my request. The apartment was spacious with fully equipped with quiet air con and washing machine. The 2 bedroom was bigger than what I needed and I chose the one with the double bed. The kitchen was well equipped too with a coffee machine and F/F. my apartment had a beautiful view of the square watching the locals chilling at the cafe while not noisy at the same time. Local restaurants and supermarkets are within minutes of walking distances. After a long day riding from the gorges, I was fully recharged, then headed to the local market next morning before setting off.

The accommodation is located about a pleasant 20-minute walk from the Kasbah, close to the airport. That said, Ouarzazate is not a large city — everything is easily accessible on foot. This is an apartment-hotel with modern, well-furnished, and well-equipped apartments spread over several floors. They are suitable even for longer stays, although we only spent one night here while passing through. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. The property also has an on-site restaurant where a generous and delicious breakfast is served.

Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Walking distance to/from airport, convenience stores. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-stocked kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, dishes, utensils and cutlery Would definitely stay here again on next trip to Ouarzazate.

Pillows a little small, and could have used an extra one. Bedroom lighting a little dim. Could have used a reading lamp. Although there's an electric kettle, no tea, coffee or sugar supplied. Another knife, paper napkins or tissues would have been appreciated. Rooms on ground floor could be a little noisy when TV is on from the cafe on ground floor.

The receptionist, Siham, was extremely welcoming and friendly. He let us check in very early. The apartment was clean and spacious with three balconies and two bedrooms. There was a drying rack for laundry. The beds were good, A/C and nice hot shower. Close to supermarket. There is a nice cafe down below. The staff even offered to bring up food to our room that we had ordered. Great value!

The washer needs some repairs. Water leaked onto the floor, on/off button and selection dial didn’t work. It would be great to have a coffee maker 😊.

This is a nice place. It is a fully furnished apartment with a full kitchen, plenty of space for many people. My place had two rooms. A master bedroom with a large bed, and a spare room with three beds. There was a full size refrigerator and plenty of dishes. It also had a washing machine with clothes drying racks. It was a great value for the price. It also had a food menu in which to order from if you wanted to eat in. I only stayed one night, but it would be a good home base for a longer stay.

Everything was good.

We came here after a week of trekking in the atlas and it was such a perfect place to relax and recover. Large rooms with big comfy beds, a lovely sofa with access to netflix, and a well equipped kitchen. The cafe downstairs was also good, with nice food and a lively atmosphere. Blackout curtains are a great touch for a great night's sleep! The staff were kind and easy to reach.

Very very spacious room with all the necessary kitchen tools to prepare yourself some food. Oil, salt and pepper are available which made it incredibly easier, and the Nespresso coffee machine was great to have. There was a washing machine which was really useful

The water heater is not too big, so if you take long showers, or are a bigger family it might require some planning. The location is a bit noisy, and a bit far from both the bus station and the kasbah ( by foot)

The apartment has everything you need for your stay, it is clean , comfortable , well equipped , with free parking and with a very exceptional service at the reception, available 24/7 to support you for with any request. I have to thanks again the guys at the reception for their help and kindness , as well the ones at the breakfast for delighting us with fresh products every morning.

This was the second time we stayed there in ten days. We were met with a very warm welcome and the apartment was great. The cafe on the ground floor serves a great breakfast. It’s also walking distance to both the town center and the airport.
