Pretty good for one night.

The room was somewhat stuffy, the aircon is very weak. The shuttle is not exactly on the hour. When you wait for it at at the airport, bear in mind it arrives 6-7 minutes later (10.06, 11.06 etc). I was really worried when it didn't show up on time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel – everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service we received. A special thank you to Yassmine at the front desk – she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, Yassmine made us feel at home with her warm smile and genuine kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and her recommendations were always spot on. People like Yassmine truly elevate the guest experience – she’s a real asset to the team. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to the Airport ،The breakfast was delicious,so offering a great variety of fresh options. I also appreciated the excellent housekeeping service, ensuring my stay was comfortable throughout. Overall, I highly recommend onomo to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely return in the future!

This hotel is very close to the airport. Generally a clean place with all basics facilities. Restaurant is very good, for the price it serves good tasting and clean food. I would specially like to thank housekeeping staff who are very helpful.

Reception staff at times is not very helpful. I need a convertor plug and they simply told me that they don't have any and I should either bring down my electric devices downstairs to charge or go to some place to buy a convertor. Given this hotel is in an out of city location they should keep such basics covered at the property.

Breakfast was good. Very good mint tea which must be from there. Different taste and aroma. Morrocan fare with good options. Workout room nice. The back of hotel has beautiful yard area and seating. Hotel shuttle was excellent Whenarriving come right out the door and it'll be there shortly.

No usb ports in room but it's kinda on me as I forgot Morocco plugs are like France not Britain's. Also a hucksters tried to con me for "free accommodations."He and his accomplice got told off in a "nice" way.

The restaurant at the hotel was excellent. I was at the end of my trip and had tried traditional Moroccan food so I went and ordered the burger. It was fantastic! Honestly so good! They also had Corona beer which was a nice surprise. I asked for a lime wedge to go with it (the French word for lime is "citron vert" in case you were wondering) and the waiter gave me a confused look and came back with a couple of orange slices. I guess they don't have limes there.

bed was hard, but good enough. I always like to have a hot water kettle in the room and they didn't have one. Breakfast was okay - not spectacular, but mostly because I'm coming from a western perspective. They had waffles and I thought I was pouring honey on them, but it ended up being an olive oil mix of some kind. Lots of options though.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite positive. The WiFi was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was definitely appreciated. Having the option to open the window for fresh air is a nice touch, as it adds to the comfort of the room. The breakfast provided was decent. The hotel staff were particularly noteworthy Additionally, the presence of a lovely garden adds to the ambiance of the hotel and provides a pleasant outdoor space for guests to relax. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent WiFi, clean rooms, fresh air option, descent breakfast, supportive staff, complimentary shuttle service, and charming garden. It offers a delightful and convenient experience for guests.

Great location close to the airport and conveniently located. They have a complimentary shuttle that takes you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. This for SURE was a win! We booked a one night stand when we were traveling back to Casablanca for our last night in Morocco and decided to stay close to the airport so we would get some rest and not have to rush so much after traveling and walking a lot the last 2 weeks. This for sure was a great idea. We were so exhausted and happy to have the shuttle pick us up and in a quick 5 min ride we were there. The hotel is as pictured, very hip and fun and newly renovated with many colorful elements and nice vibes. Sadly, the restaurant was a full MISS. The food was tasteless and we couldn’t even finish our plates. Wish they had more of the Moroccan cuisine rather than trying to cater to everyone’s taste buds and ruining all the flavors. Just do what you know how to do in the most amazing country ever. That’s the only sad part that after wanting something really good for our last night in Morocco it just wasn’t. That’s totally ok because our room was cozy, had all the essentials. Beds were not comfortable at all but everything was pretty clean and decent. Again, just a quick one night stay so can’t say much here. Breakfast is available for a really cheap cost. You can add it upon booking or the morning of. We skipped this part since we knew we’d be sleeping in and kind of rushing to get to the airport. Again, our shuttle was so awesome and got us right on time. Thank you Onoma for a wonderful stay near the airport.

The restaurant and the restroom floor wasn’t cleaned but it’s all good.

Good value for money, right by the airport, free shuttle service to and from the hotel. Great customer service! And comfortable beds

The rooms facing the road are noisy at night when the owls were awake :D. The noise kept waking me up, I checked and the windows wasn’t closing properly and there was a gap even if it’s fully locked- I was too tired to call the maintenance at 2am to fix it but this was the only issue.

All I can say is, the shuttle picked us up promptly at 5PM and we were in our room resting by 5:15PM, had a nice dinner at 7 with prompt service, we came down for the shuttle at 3:50AM, the driver got in and started it exactly at 4AM, by 4:05 we were walking into the airport. Also, anyone who ever stayed at the Relax Airport hotel might appreciate this. We ate our dinner and paid with our credit card with no problems or questions. The staff were courteous, polite and efficient.
