e spent a 12-hour layover here in Casablanca and had a great experience! The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was super easy to find and very convenient. Check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed — including nice toiletries for a refreshing shower. We also had a lovely lunch at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the warm weather outside — a perfect little break. There’s a pool as well, and it looked like the kids were having an absolute blast there! The beds were big and soft, and we really appreciated the chance to rest properly after a long flight and recharge for the next one. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

The location was great, i got a free upgrade to the next door higher rank hotel of the same company, which has shared swimming pool space with the relax hotel.. The decoration of both hotels was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and prompt when i had any questions before my arrival, the rooms were spacious, and the restaurants offer a varied menu. I was very happy to know that the shuttle bus runs 24/7, especially that it is pretty difficult to get reliable transportation from the airport. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone transiting through the airport, having an early morning flight, or needing to stay near the airport area for any other reason.

The facilities being the: swimming pool, the room and the amenities included, the restaurants, the spa. The hospitality of the team is unmatched. The manager had my room ready way earlier before my check in upon request and treated me very well and made me feel welcome. Then I was met with Assia who guided me around the hotel where she was very informative and kind. She was there to help at all time and I couldn’t fault her at all. The restaurant staff were amazing and tended to me whenever I needed something I would find them next to me almost instantly. Asmae at the spa was very professional and kind she gave me good recommendations on what to do in the area. The team were perfect and I couldn’t say anything I didn’t like which is astounding. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

My stay at Relax Hotel Airport was very convenient for an early international flight. The hotel's shuttle pickup just outside Terminal 2 of the airport, with a shuttle service departing every half hour, made our 4 AM check-out incredibly smooth and stress-free. This eliminated the need for expensive early morning taxis or the challenge of non-operational trains from Casablanca city proper. Check-in was straightforward, and we appreciated being able to relax at the bar before dinner. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest before our journey.

While generally excellent, the internet connectivity in our room was a little shaky at times. This wasn't a major issue for us given the short stay, but it's worth noting for guests who might rely heavily on a strong connection.

I've now stayed at this hotel four or five times during my travels to and from the Casablanca airport. It's the perfect place to stay during long or overnight layovers. They have always been very accommodating when I have arrived in the morning and request an early check in. The airport shuttle leaves the hotel every 30 minutes (e.g 10:00, 10:30, etc); but I recommend getting to the lobby early for the shuttle as it can fill up with guests quickly and run out of space. I don't take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel as it's much faster to take a taxi (cost is about 100 dirham). The rooms are simple but clean. Slippers and bottles of water are included. 10/10 review for the SPA. It's hard to find a menu of treatments online, but I requested information through the message center and was sent a picture of the menu. It was very easy to then make an appointment for the date and time I desired. The spa staff were wonderful. I got a hammam scrub with black soap, massage, pedicure, and facial and every service was excellent and relaxing.

I would appreciate more towels and a bathmat in the bathrooms. It can be dangerous getting in and out of the very high tub as the floors quickly get wet and there are not any grab bars.

I chose this hotel for the free shuttle to the airport that ran every half hour. It was excellent. The pool was lovely and the room clean and comfortable. On the whole the staff were polite and helpful.

We didn’t appreciate being been given an upgrade room in the sister hotel and then being told after waiting we would have to pay extra. Which we refused, they gave it to us anyway, however, It made us feel uncomfortable. We would have preferred to have a standard room at the relax hotel straight away without the fuss of what felt like a ploy for extra money and positive review.

We had 1 night booked at the Relax hotel prior to our international flight the following morning. We took the free airport shuttle to and from the hotel which was very convenient. When we checked in there was a large crowd that arrived at the same time and one of the staff members quickly reached out asking me if I was with the group with vouchers. When I said no he directed me to a much shorter line which was awesome. Upon checkin the employee advised me that I had been upgraded to the sister hotel Sky Hotel on the same grounds so I moved over to that desk. When checking in at the Sky Hotel I was told that my room there had also been upgraded to a better room. At this point I was no longer sure what I was supposed to have vs not but an upgrade is always appreciated. The room we got was quite large and seems to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and everything worked well. Wifi worked great.

The Sky and Relax Hotels form a sort of complex/resort together with many amenities such as a pool, restaurants, bars, spa's etc - My criticism is that it's very confusing to know what is served where and what are the operational hours. My recommendation would be an ap, website or one pager listing the restaurants with their menus and opening hours. Pricing at the restaurants/bars are quite expensive compared to others in Morocco but the things we did order were of good quality.

The amazing welcome & reception of Madam Nihal, she was so attendant to us with a nice smile all the time, to be honest she was the reason why we have chosen this hotel and she will also be the reason for our next stays at the hotel as well because she knows how to welcome the guests when they arrive very tired after a long flight then she also doesn't forget that a very tidy & clean room gives the guests a feeling of being home, last but not least she never forget the existence of the guests after they have been given their room or even after they leave the hotel like others do, she keeps on checking with the guests all the time. She creates a spectacular atmosphere with guests and with other hotels staff wherever you meet her at the hotel Thanks a lot Nihal for being such a wonderful person and a very competent professional at the same time, we salut you dear All our greetings to you

I live in the Uae and had to stay in Casablanca for a while . I chose Relax hotel for its proximity to the airport . As they provide a shuttle to/from it . I have to say that the bus drivers are very professional and punctual . This goes for the whole team . From the security at the entrance to the receptionists to the cleaners , all had an amazing attitude , they would welcome you with a genuine smile and greet you with kind words. Last but not the Least Mme Nihal the Guest relations representative did an exceptional job , thanks to her i felt home in this hotel . She was present at every touchpoint of my stay and made sure i wasn’t missing anything . Her kind demeanour is what will make me a frequent guest here. When it comes to the amenities in the room : exactly what i expect from a 4stars hotel ,slippers tea coffee water extra blanket towels .. Also i was offered tea while checking in which shows the Moroccan hospitality . Enjoy the picture of the majestic view from my room ..

I made this reservation wrongly in Relax hotel instead of Atlas where I used to stay . The receptionist on check -in was very cooperative and took necessary action to transfer the booking ( Relax 3stars and Atlas 4 stars are same property).

The staff especially YASSINE ( Front Office ) was very nice and professional. Since my booking was made wrongly in the other adjacent hotel he solved it quickly . Other staff FANI and HICHAM night shift were very efficient. OMAR also luggage porter was very nice and extremely polite and ready to assist. In general I noticed that most of the staff were very nice.
