1- The location is very good and near to Casa port and any other transportation type you need. 2- The staff is very friendly and responsive. 3- Very clean. 4- Taxi prices that may the hotel provide for you is suitable. 5- All facilities or services you may need, are around the hotel. 6- It is a very good choice if you are searching for a suitable hotel in this area.

1- The view from my room window wasn’t good at all. 2- They asked me to pay another amount of cash money as city taxes when I arrived ( 100 MAD ). I thought i paid everything online through booking.

This is my third stay , a bit different from my first stay , but still a pleasant one , the management are really great and they do all they can to solve the issue to make the customer satisfied, most of the staff were very nice , helpful and friendly.

A guy named DRISS , he worked as a night receptionist, he made our stay less pleasant because of his hostile attitude. If you ever booked this hotel and this guy is still there it only means that the management didn't take the measures that they promised they would have taken against this hostile guy ! But I will definitely stay here again because everything else was just great.

The room was large and clean, and close to the Casa Port train station, which was what we mainly needed. We left early in the morning for the airport so we had to miss breakfast, but we stayed here a couple of weeks back and the breakfast was really good then. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is a bit dated but otherwise clean and comfortable and great location, there was a fridge in the room but no mini bar, juice or soft drink contents (not a big issue for us) the shower was over the bath which is not something I like but not a fault (just need to be aware) reception staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Close to the Hassan II Mosque and Ricks Cafe (Taxi Ride) walking distance to the Madina and shopping.

The room had an odor but this is something to expect when travelling in Marocco

I was a bit unsure what to expect having read reviews. My experience; - Staff went above and beyond. Not just for me but I witnessed it for others too. From getting ice for me for a (longstanding) knee injury to allowing some other guests to sit and have breakfast even though breakfast should have finished 45mins earlier and they hadn't checked in yet. All staff, even down to the cleaning staff, were extremely friendly and smiley. - One thing I read that was consistent in other reviews was complaints about breakfast. Either they are unfounded or the hotel has taken those complaints on board because I can hardly think of anything that wasn't on offer at the breakfast menu. There was cereal, fresh fruit, 2 types of bread (the horrid sweet american stuff and local bread), eggs cooked in front of you as well as boiled eggs, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, sliced cheese, some sort of cold meat, 3 types of pastries and in my opinion the nicest was the moroccan style offering which was fried guava strips, a delicious lentil stewy thing. There was also some sausages and fried potato chunks. Oh and there was what looked liked soup as well. Then for drink, fresh orange juice, moroccan mint tea or other tea/coffee from the machine. - Location wise I saw reference to the streets around not being great. I disagree, the surrounding area is no better or worse than the rest of the city. It is well located round the corner from a market and united nations square, a 30min walk from the mosque and a 30min walk from the habous area. Also a 15min walk from a great restaurant called Sqala. Very close to the station as well. It seemed to me to be perfectly located for everything. - I read some comments over the lift floor numberings, other places I've been in Morocco have been similar in that rooms starting 102 are on the second floor. There are signs by the lifts but its not exactly difficult to remember. - I am quite OCD and the place was impeccably clean.

Air con was a little noisy but that is really splitting hairs because its the same everywhere.

The property was clean and in a good location, the medina is a short walk away, and there are plenty of food places nearby. The staff were ready and waiting to help you with any need.

The facility did not have all the amenities that I enjoy, like a Pool or a gym. The breakfast was good, but the food remained consistent throughout my stay. Perhaps changing the food every other day would be much better and different variety.

-Extremely friendly staff who welcomed my mom and myself with open arms and demonstrated they’re ready to assist happily. -I laughed many times to the funny creative expressions the hotel has “Do not enter Zombies inside, or unless you have chocolate”, the “Do not disturb” sign, the art in rooms and in the hotel and the overall creative and artistic feel makes it a modern hotel deemed of appraisal for being aligned with 2024 and has young feel to it. - The location is in the heart of real Casablanca, close to CTM, Tramway, Old Medina, and many more. Thankfully, a special mention to Hamza the receptionist who gave us a quiet room on 5th floor with good sound isolation and away from the noise down the street. Thanks !

-A little dust in some parts of the room triggered some allergies during sleep. -Minibar not working -breakfast diversity a little bit poor

The location is close enough to the mosque, and the bathroom provides all the small amenities like shaving, cotton pad, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner.

I think the bathroom can be a little cleaner. Also, I saw a flyer about petit taxi and asked the staff about it, he said they can help me to get it and ask the driver to put the meter on. However, when it comes to time to ask them to help me to get a taxi, they only directed me to the street to do it myself. As a first time tourist to Morocco, it as overwhelming without the help from the hotel that you trust.

Hotel Odyssey in Casablanca offers spacious and clean rooms, making for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Honestly, everything about our stay at Hotel Odyssey was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. The only minor issue was that the rooms facing the street were a bit noisy, as the street outside can get quite loud—but that’s probably just because Casablanca is a big city that never seems to sleep! Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

This felt very much more European in style....likea Hilton or Hotel Metrople. Clean well finished modern room and bathroom. Good airconditioning. Overlooked the road and into an aprtment block across the road. Comfy bed and continental style breakfast whcih was fine. Good coffee (bean to cup) and pancakes made to order . Croissants. Good wi fi Well situated for access to the main market. 30 minute walk through the market to the main mosque (Hassan 2)

The whole hotel felt a little sterile but exactly what we expected.
