Absolutely stunning hotel, one of the most beautiful that I have stayed in! The design, the comfort, the spa, the staff, and room service are all exceptional!!! The food in room service was the best I have ever had; it was not only delicious but so beautifully presented!

The only complaint I have is that when we went to change a $100 USD bill, they wouldn't do it. They said it was their policy to not change American dollars, so we had to go outside to find a money changing place. That makes no sense to me and I thought it was very rude. We had one dinner at the sushi restaurant, and it was just ok, not great. I was expecting it to be better.

Where can I begin? This truly a world-class hotel. Exactly what 5 stars stand for. The level of service Is impeccable, attention to detail is unlike anywhere. Very fresh and stylish rooms. Excellent breakfast and overall amenities. Great cigar lounge with skillful bartenders. Ended up spending most of our time within the hotel premises during our stay in Casablanca. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Royal Mansour team and M. Roussini for creating unforgettable lifetime memories!

I never see such a beautifull Hotel, design is just another dimension, the food the best in morocco, the staff is a dream people here are so kind starting by the director till the cleaner is army of kindness, the rooms are big and very well decorated, you can see the details of royalty. Believe me when you taste Royal Mansour you don’t want to go anywhere else. Bravo bravo for this beauty in Morocco, at the end I wanna stay all year here

The property is beautiful and the rooftop is lovely. The cocktails are really fantastic - their beverage director knows their stuff. The most amazing part was that they treated me like a princess on my birthday. The whole day was magical and full of surprises.

The decoration the finishes the art work very very special. Variety of restaurants and lounge bar are impressive

Luxury in every nook and corner of the hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly and accommodating esp Imane, Omar , the bar tender and the roof top staffs for both breakfast and dinner

Water pressure in the shower needs to be fixed.
