Location is great, very clean and modern rooms. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was best we had encountered in Morocco. The 3 bedroom Deluxe room was good, but would have liked room to be larger.

The cost!!! Booked through Booking.com paid $750 for 3x people, one night including breakfast. If I had booked direct with hotel it would only cost $250.00 for the night, for same guests and breakfast. Do not know how this works?????

Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Few minutes walk to sea and good restaurants. Hotel is deceptively large and spacious. Azza in reception was very helpful and pleasant 10/10.

Not a criticism. The property is on a small street with no visible parking. (we arrived in a hire car). However the staff went to fetch the vehicle from where we’d parked it and kept it in the protected spots in front of hotel. They were all very helpful.

Room was very nice - comfort, decor, size, cleanliness; beds and pillows are very good. Staff were great. Breakfast was comprehensive, good selection, and very accommodating of requests. Location was good also, nice distance from everything including Casa Port railway station if you want to visit Rabat, (etc.) or travel to/from the airport.

Shower (although great as a walk-in) temperature was just about warm enough. Although many many TV channels, only one (a film channel) was in English (but hey I didn't come for the TV). Breakfast time could be manic if your visit coincided with the tour parties that use the hotel. Spa was limited, no pool for example.

Hotel is located in an area where there is construction and building renovation which produced a lot of noise. There is also a ground work in that area removing asphalt, excavating the ground and installing underground cables. This produced a lot of noise, dust and disturbed the traffic and pietons walkways.

This was the second time staying at this hotel, again the hotel looks amazing with its design, the room size was much better this time. The staff were amazing as always and can speak all languages required. The hospitality was on point. The location is great as you are within the city and everything is near by, especially fast food restaurants and other services. The market is also near by. The windows are sound cancelling so you will not hear any of the outside noise. Everything in the room also worked. Overall, both myself, wife and my daughter were pleased and happy. P.S. they also found my lost Apple AirPods in my hotel room and the Hotel Manager Tariq has promised to deliver back to me in the U.K. He clearly cares about customer service which is great to see.

I had requested a baby cot, however when arrived the first night, it was not set up and I had to come to recaption and ask for it. If I had placed a request and it was accepted, I expect it to be set up. I also recommend having a small ramp outside to allow easy pushchair access when entering and disembarking the hotel. However this was not a huge issue at the time so all in all, nothing to dislike.

The location is good, accessible by taxi (always negotiate with the driver!!) nearby the old medina market, and within walking distance from the Mosque Hassan II. Room with good size, TV, hair dryer, good shades (blackout), electric kettle, and facilities for tea/instant coffee. Breakfast was good, with different food options. The staff was nice and they even called me after the trip to ask about our stay, something I consider very important from a clients' satisfaction point of view. Would probably stay there again.

During check-in, the attendant gave no information about the spa facilities (we didn't have much time in Casablanca, but it would be good to have this information, though) and she also didn't inform us about breakfast (time, if it was included or not). The only low in the room was that the mini-bar was not working and the safe was locked when we arrived at the room. The problem with the safe was solved, but not with the mini-bar. Cost-benefit was not excellent, as I consider the price could be a bit lower.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Casablanca and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city making it ideal for a short business stay. I was able to easily access all the key places I needed to visit for my business meetings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect space for me to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room, such as the comfortable bedding and the spacious bathroom. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the breakfast, which was fresh and tasty. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Casablanca. The central location, spacious rooms, and fantastic breakfast all contributed to making this one of the nicest hotel stays I've had in a while. Thank you!

Wifi connection in the room was too poor to work. I had to go to the lobby and used it there. This definitely should improve for business travelers.
