the structure is amazing and the rooms are beautiful (especially the view) but what really makes the difference is the hotel staff. concierge, room service and bar staff are just amazing and always making you feel extremely welcome and taken care of. The duty manager, Mounia, is always extremely caring and available for any needs. After staying in several different hotels in Casablanca I can definitely say that Sofitel is the best one ever!

The warm welcomes of reception staff and the upgrade was very pleasant. I personally thank Mounua and mina for their hospitality, easy check in and check out and they made my stay enjoyable. The location is superb if transporting via train which is a 2 min walk. The marina mall is only 3 minutes away and within walking distance . The rooms are clean,spacious and comfortable beds. Would definitely stat here again

The room is very spacious and comfortable, very varied and delicious breakfast and very welcoming and smiling staff, special thanks to Mr Camara and Mrs Aicha for their welcome (Breakfast ),I felt like I was among my family

I didn't like the man who takes care of the omlettes, I was next to him and he didn't ask me if I wanted something because He was very busy with his phone and I noticed that he was like that with all the customers

The staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Lack of menus they seem to have made the switch to a paperless environment which is great but as someone who is traveling by WiFi this was a problem. Pool environment was very unclean the handle going into the pool had so much rust build up it was actuality getting on my hand as I went in the pool other than the pool, the beautiful tub in the room took for ever to fill and was almost no hot water, the towel warming rack was already on and I did not know let's just say it was very hot.

The placement and niceness of staff ready to give you anything

The car services are a rip off I trusted them and they ripped me off badly will never forget… for a distance that charges 35 Dirhams their car service took 800 and multiplied by the hours without explaining to me what I was getting into

Very well maintained hotel with beautiful rooms. Room had a fantastic, unobstructed view of the old medina and mosque. It also had a very spacious and well-designed bathroom. The provided fruits and sweets were a nice little bonus. Staff was kind and helpful, including Mounia at the front desk.

The spa area was under renovation and couldn't be used.

`breakfast was really great.. just a pity they did not have gluten free items.. the staff at the breakfast area were really nice and very helpful the staff over all were really great and the concierge people also.. I felt very comfortable in this hotel. they have a weighing machine for your luggages in case you want to weigh it before arriving at the airport.

the water temperature was coming and going In the shower. the Bathroom does need to be upgraded a bit. the wellness center, the pool was not heated and so the children were sad that they were not able to enjoy that part.

Mounia at the front desk was very helpful with reservations and the concierge made bookings for me for dinners around Casablanca- very helpful Staff! Samira at the spa gave me a great massage! Pool at the spa facility is nice

Wish it was a bit closer to the mosque- not quite walking distance but easy taxi ride

The room was spacious and clean. The location is great, directly across the street from the train station and in the middle of the downtown area. The highlight for me was the warm and welcoming staff!

The furniture could be updated and some parts of the room show signs of wear and tear which should be renovated.

Loved the staff! they are the 1st impression and only impression..so no matter how beautiful the hotel is, if the staff is not helpful or friendly, it would not be somewhere where I would stay..so yes.. I give them a 10 for their staff ! I took the view of the mosque and my God! what a view ! Breakfast was super nice! Great location, all nearby. the toiletries ..Amazing!

1 thing I didn't like was that we were on the 15th floor and the window opens without barriers.. I had my 2 year old grandson that found it and I had a panic attack! So please atleast put barriers so on one can fall down. I little disappointment was the pool, which was not heated and we were with children who wanted to use the facilities but it was too cold.. so maybe have a jacuzzi and a nice heated pool..
