The building was traditional and nice design

They didn’t have WiFi to the rooms only the lobby. Also there wasn’t hot water on the shower, and wasn’t very well maintained

The staff are so kind and very welcoming . Good people. I appreciate them. They changed the room for me . And they modified the stay for me and I got my money back. Because I cannot stay for the third night. The location is good in the city centre.

The whole hotel needs restorations . I think it was a good hotel 10 or 15 years ago . Style ... Sheets... Everything is old , dusty, and strange. I wanted to vomit . The door of the toilet has such a noisy sound. There is a Nightclub in the same building , is noisy till 3 am .. Wifi only in the reception. For solo travellers is not a good choice. Specially for women. I didn't see the comments of previous clients .. I learned by the hard way.

No hot water, was very cold in the room the heater is doesn’t worked at all, the bathroom is cr*p I just don’t understand how it’s possible to take a shower and go to the toilet that’s a super damn crazy I’m shocked, and for this I should to pay $18 are you seriously? The everything is old from probably was the war in 1942 naaah don’t book this sh*p please , u will be so much upset like me :( Don’t understand why booking still feeding them, they don’t do nothing for the tourists, daammit.

This hotel with the weird rules I hate that, also doesn’t work a heater and in the room very cold, ofc nobody will help you , everyone don’t give a sh*t , don’t go here please. Thank you

Absolutely nothing

Terrible noise all night long. The property is filthy. The staff is inconsiderate. I didn’t sleep at all due to the horrible hygiene, mold smell and the outside noises (night club and drunk people shouting).

Hello, I left Casablanca and went to Marrakech because the hotel is not clean and I do not know how it has two stars. I apologize. I did not find anything in it that deserves any time to talk. There was no breakfast facility.

While booking the hotel through the booking.com portal it was mentioned free shuttle service from Moroco airport to Hotel, which unfortunately when i called hotel i was refused saying there is no free shuttle service from airport to hotel. Shower drain was choked up resulting in the accumulating of dirty water in the shower sink hence very difficult to shower.

not clean, didnt have wifi, there was a SOCK from a old visitor in the bed. Dirty shower, used toilet paper. Evergthing was old and there was lous music in the entrance all night. I doubt they clean the mattresses. Tbe most expensive place ive been in my trip and worst at the same time
