The location was impeccable, located in the heart of Casablanca, a lot of choices for restaurants and places to go out to near by. The room and bathroom was clean and could tell that it was a newly renovated property. The staff was responsive on booking and attended to all my needs, reliable wifi . Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Casablanca.

It was in the heart of a bustling area, with lots of food and coffee options, shops and acticity nearby, and very helpful and nice staff. The cafe across the road has amazing breakfasts at a very VERY cheap price and their coffee excellent.

The deck doors off the room didn't close properly which felt a little unsafe and the actual decks were very dirty and needed a proper clean to get rid of grime and bird poo. They changed us to another room very happily. Late night noise and people was irritating on the street side, but they were very honest and offered a middle room they said was much quieter. It was my mistake for chooising the deck room with street view.

The stay was good. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean and nice. The room was tidy, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty, but the serving could be improved — dishes were brought out separately and in a confusing order, and not even at the same time for both of us. The terrace was spacious and had outdoor furniture, which was nice, but unfortunately, the view was of rundown buildings.

Some things could definitely be improved. The room had no table, no chairs, no mirror and no hairdryer in WC, which made the stay less convenient. Also, while not the hotel’s fault, the street outside can be very noisy at night — loud music, arguments and general street noise. It would help a lot if the terrace door could be properly fixed so it closes more tightly.

Breakfast was really good, tasty and with lots of options. 9 The room was good as well, comfortable bed, smart tv, enough space. 8,5 Bathroom was also good, nice and warm shower with good towels and toiletries. 8 The location is very convenient and close to lots of touristic attractions, I did a lot just by walking around the area. 9

Staff was a little distracted and not really paying attention. It didn't make me feel very welcome. They didn't spend time to explain how things work and I would only find out later, if I asked. 6,5 The time for breakfast starts really late and is very short, from 8:30 to 10:30 which was unusual to me. 7

The room was very nice and modern. It was clean and had a big TV with lots of choice of channels and on demand movies and shows. The staff were very helpful and nice and looked after us. The bathroom was very nice and big. The location was brilliant too as you were in the centre.

The wifi was non-existent in our room which we were warned about which was a huge shame as we had no data and rely on the wifi for calls and messages. The bathroom got all wet after showering due to no shower curtain or screen. People were smoking in the hotel restaurant which made reception and the lobby smell bad and was unbreathable at times. One annoying thing was if you hadn't left the room before 11am, then housekeeping will not clean it. Their housekeeping duties finished by 11am which no one warned us about. We had to also ask for toilet roll as we had a part used roll and no extras in the room. But the staff were amazing when you asked for anything.

This was my second time staying at Hotel Syracuse, and it has firmly become my go-to hotel in Casablanca, whether for tourism or finishing business. The location is excellent, as it’s close to everything I needed, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms are not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, which added to the overall positive experience. What truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Saif for helping with my booking and ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free, and to Mr. Abdul Rahim for his kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and well-cared for. I look forward to returning!

Literally no negatives about this hotel

Decent value for money stay before moving to other place. We used casablanca as a rest and transit hub and the hotel solved the purpose in a value for money way. There are many fast food places nearby and many convenient stores also. Location is really nice, walkable to two tram stations and one of them goes to casa voyaguers station directly

May be give a electric kettle to make some coffee. The lift was very small, but i understand its a city property in a dense area and the price is also quiet decent so fine to me nevertheless.

The first impression was very good Rahim at the reception was very nice with good level of English and professional he was looking very good each day nice chemise and tie 👔 not like the other hotels in the area where the reception guy had a dirty hoodie and arrogant. The room was very clean and impeccable not only the bed sheets but all the room . New furniture bathroom clean and new full of white marble. We had a deluxe room with balcony . I recommend

The elevator needs to be fixed because the door sensors were not working properly.

Everything was good. The hotel is perfect and located in the city center. Near the hotel, there are many good restaurants, a historical market (medina), and the railway station. From the airport, you can take a train to Casa Port station and then to the hotel. It's fast and cheap. There is a good breakfast and excellent service. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and professional.

Its a good Hotel with all modern facilities

I had a 1:00 PM flight and casablanca airport is well outside city limits so I went to have breakfast at 9 AM I sat there till 9:30 AM with no breakfast. I requested the lady that I had a flight to catch can you please hurry up but she was no where to be seen. So I left without breakfast and subsequently I missed my Airport Train from Casa Port Station and had to take a CAB till Airport which costed me 30€.
