Good value for the money

Upon our arrival at night, we were disappointed with the receptionist's unprofessional behavior and rudeness. However, our experience took a positive turn in the morning when we encountered Mr. Zakaria. He proved to be a friendly and welcoming receptionist, consistently maintaining a pleasant smile throughout our interaction. His warm demeanor and professionalism made us reconsider our initial impression, and we would be inclined to revisit solely based on his excellent customer service.

The Staff.. When they found out i was alone, and not speaking Arabic nor French They said they can show me a good place to eat in the city. I thought this meant that they will give a directions and the name of the place. Little did i know, that I was walked there safely ( meaning car traffic etc. Casablanca Felt very safe over all, Like every Non alcoholic places are ) over 9 minutes walk and all while talking to keep me feel Good. and then at the restaurant I was told about all the dishes, etc. and afterwards a walk back. This is service i have never even heard of

Lack of FURNITURE FELTS. Whenever there is a room full of people eating at the same time most of them have no social awereness. They "just" drag and push the chairs. tables and every furniture you can imagine without lifting it (like every child know that was raised by a good parent: often meanin the 1st child, was told to be quitet so that 2nd child could get sleep) This is very common thing around europe: in spain for example families do this non stop and its very, very annoying. This all could be avoided by using a VERY CHEAP FURNITURE FELTS under the furniture. They are like 2€ of pack of 20 online.

It was a nice stay. We arrived at 11 a.m. and they let us check in early without extra charges. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they helped with taxis, made reservation for us at the popular restaurant. The breakfast was also good. Eggs, pancakes, crepes, lots of pastries, yogurt, coffee, Moroccan tea, juice. . . .lots to choose from! The location of the hotel is good, walking distance to many places of interest and lots of places to eat around. Would I stay again? Yes, I would

The shower could be better. The drainage in a shower in our room was really bad

the refrigerator in the room makes a sound which might be uncomfortable for some.

The property is in the heart of the city centre, surrounded by everything you need. It is a 10 mins taxi from Casa Voyageurs train station and about 20 mins from Hassan II Mosque. Great location, especially for those who are on the move! The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The staff here are genuinely really lovely. I was greeted by a lovely smile, was able to check in 2 hours early and staff really cared for my experience and stay! I will definitely be back here again because of the staff.

Enjoyed the stay - it is next to a club so there is a lot of music & noise from that. The breakfast is also limited - weren’t many varieties but lots of places around the hotel too.
