It looked good the first mornong we were there, bit I did not try it, because t has to be ordered before 9pm the previous evening, which I did not realize until I tried to order it about 11pm. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful.

The only problem we had was the shower cabinet was not adequately sealed, so the first time we used the shower, water flowed out of it into the bathroom amd onto quite a bit of the bedroom floor. (I avoided it the second time by carefully pointing the water away from the leaking corner of the cabinet, and putting a towel round that corner.) I mopped up the water using the bath mat, and reported the problem to reception, but it would have been better not to have this problem, or at least to have been warned about it when we checked in. Other than this everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful.

The mattress was very good - not too soft, nor too hard. The water pressure in the shower was very good too. The aircondition was working well and cool. 10 minute walk from a great local cafe named De Fiori with a great breakfast package!

The staff, although very friendly, did not know English at all, except to ask "will you pay now or later". Even getting the wifi code was challenging and to this day we do not know if we could flush the toilet paper or had to put it in the basket bin. The shower head holder was not working, the shower cabin was leaking water in the corner, so not too much of a problem, but there was an unpleasant smell there. The location was not great but it seems Casablanca is widely spread so not sure if another option would have worked better.

It was a nice clean hotel. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much for them. Under the leadership of the manager Ridhwan it was a very well run hotel. Ridhwan went above and beyond the call of duty he was available even after his working hours. I would also like to mention the other staff Omar,Mahdi, Ali and Samira they were all very friendly and helpful and always presented a smiling face. They all made us feel so comfortable and I would highly recommend.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Point Du Jour is a two star hotel and thus I am not rating it based on five star expectations. It provided exactly what I hoped for in a hotel in this price range. It was clean, beds comfortable, room spacious and quiet, great shower water pressure with plenty of hot water. It exceeded my expectations due to fantastic location and exceptionally friendly, helpful, and English speaking staff. We chose not to eat breakfast for a minimal additional charge as we had an early morning tour. Highly recommend.

My go to budget accommodation in Casa. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. There is ample hot water and there is also a small elevator.

Like most budget hotels in Morocco hallway noise penetrates the room.

The personnel was super helpful. The room was clean, and it was warm (might be a problem in Morocco in winter!). They also have some parking places reserved for the clients. The location is central, but the street is very quiet.

I couldn't quite close the window of my room, but it was leading to the courtyard where nothing was happening so it was fine.

The employees are ver nice and helpfull.We appriciate about everything.Location is really great you can walk all touristic places by walking.Hasan mosque 2 is 2 km far away.Good price for the value.

Lift is really so scary.I used it only once.1 minutes were taken to get 3th floor.its too slow and too tight.maybe it was built later.Also in the bathroom there was no any shampoo.

It was very clean and downtown, not to far from the train station. They arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport which was great since My French is limited and I knew in advance how much I would pay and that the driver was safe for a woman traveling alone. The person at the desk spoke English and was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and lots of hot water in the shower. It was very good value for the money. I stay for one night coming and returning from my trip. I was satisfied with everything.

I would have liked a hairdryer in the room.

Staff was kind and helpful, they helped us park in front of the property where they reserved a space for us. Room was good and clean, there was heating as well so we were nice and warm. We didn't really visit Casablanca so our stay was just a short stop on the way to airport, can't really say if the location is good or not.

My room was a little grimy, water leaking on to the floor from unknown source and bathroom light switch didn’t work. Mattress was very hard. Difficult to get comfortable
