After an exhausting week exploring all over Morocco, we looked forward to relaxing in luxury to celebrate my husband's birthday. All of the staff that we interacted with (e.g. front desk, concierge, etc.) were very polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean with a lot of thoughtful touches.

Our tour driver warned us to be careful at night in this area of Casablanca and suggested taking a taxi if we wanted to go anywhere after dark. We just ended up unwinding in our room, but the concierge was very helpful in assisting us with a taxi the following morning when we went to the airport.

My recent stay at the hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The hotel’s elegant ambiance and impeccable attention to detail created a truly luxurious experience. The heart of the hotel lies in its exceptional staff. Hajar, the Guest Relations officer, deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. Her warm smile and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest. Furthermore, the receptionists, Badr and Fatima-Zahra, were incredibly professional and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. The valet parking service was also top-notch, with the staff demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care for our vehicle. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights of sleep. We had a good stay. The room was cosy, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped, the shower had great pressure and water temperature regulation. We didn't try the breakfast, but the room service was delicious and quick (even on New Year's Eve past midnight!). It's located within a few minutes from the train station, and it was a nice walk to the Medina. Wifi worked really well. Thank you Hajar for the warm welcome to the hotel!!

The room wasn't 100% soundproof and as it is located close to a busy avenue, it could be a hassle for those sensitive to noise during the evening.

Staying in Movenpick Hotel is definitely something you have to do when traveling to Morocco. On this post I wrote about my favorite place i stayed in Morocco. Usually i tend to stay in Hyatt Regency Casablanca, i decided to splurge for a stay in Movenpick Casablanca. I expected to be luxurious and comfortable and that I’d relish having a nice place to retire to at the end of the day work . Having had this experience, I highly recommend that anyone traveling to Morocco to spend at least one night in Movenpick Hotel. Ma/Hakima Benatt

Centrally located

A gentle note from someone who truly appreciates the Movenpick brand and is passionate about hospitality: it might be time to reconsider the carpet. While I understand the intent, some visible stains and a lingering odor give off a dated impression. For a brand as iconic and premium as Movenpick, maintaining a fresh, contemporary feel is essential—especially in today’s ever-evolving hospitality landscape. Staying ahead with thoughtful updates keeps the experience as exceptional as the service.

The staff were incredibly helpful and professional especially the lady who checked us in and out ( unfortunately can’t remember her name) and Hajar in guest relations who went out of her way to make sure I had what needed and was looking for. Breakfast was good and staff there were also great.

Our second twin room was rather small. Our room that was upgraded to an executive suite was good sized and large bathroom but unlike the other room did not have a bidet or the likes in it. Food on the rooftop restaurant was not particularly good.

Very clean, the staff were very polite and helpful especially Mr. Badar at the reception. The cleaners were professionals at their job. Everything went very well. I really enjoyed my stay there.

I hate the fact that there was no early check-in. However, one could relax at the poolside restaurant on the 16th floor before the check-in time.

Best hotel that we have stayed in while in Casablanca. We arrived earlier and were able to check in and were upgraded to a suite! That suite is fantastic! The beds are nice and soft. We slep great. The ensuite living room/sitting room was fantastic. It was equipped with a nice size TV (as well as another in the bedroom), comfy couches, a nice Nespresso machine, and a complimentary water bottle. Bedroom had nice King bed, TV, and mini bar (not free items). Loved the bathroom, jet tub, and amazing shower gel. Check-in staff who assisted was Fatima E, who was really sweet and super helpful. The rooftop pool and outdoor eating area were really nice with a great view.

We wanted to book spa services, but they were booked both days. We were told by the Spa staff that we would receive a call later that day (day we checked in), but they never called. The bathroom doesn't come with a shower. My husband is a shower guy, but I love love love a giant tub. So, while I was pleased with the tub option, he was bummed about not having a shower. The tub does have a handheld shower head, but it is not stationary.

Sara from housekeeping is such a kind hard worker She made our stay more enjoyable. She is Very friendly has an excellent customer service skills Along with the receptionists, they were all amazing what a service. I will definitely keep come back. Thank you Sara for everything.

It was a very good stay at this hotel, since the beginning Hajar the guest relations took care of us, we were in 3 people going for work and taking care of all details, since the check in till the check out that we needed to make it a bit later than the allowed time. We would definitely come back and stay again. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.
