Small compact clean. I was upgraded to a suite for the same price which was brilliant. I basically stayed in a large one bedroom apartment with all mod cons. Lots cheap coffee & food options locally. Loved that in particular.

Bit far from the Old city but I didn’t mind the 30 minute walk. The suite didn’t have any cutlery or dishes etc.

The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, the shower was walk in with plently of space, the view of the balcony, the amendities provided.

My husband had the executive room but ended up changing it due to the view of the balcony. He ended up changing the room for a better view.

This hotel was very well located, making it easy to explore the area. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a bigger room, which was a nice touch. Everything was comfortable and new, contributing to a very enjoyable stay.

Rima at the hotel reception gave me an excellent itinerary to see the local sights. And the receptionist at night was very helpful in organising taxis around town and to the airport. Plus there was a good bar in the hotel building.

The beers in the bar are pricey at 50 Dirham, but this is standard for this part of town.

Clean, spacious and well located, attached bar which doubled as the breakfast room was really cool.

Breakfast was nice, but my wife doesn't eat eggs and there was no alternative, also exactly the same every morning. We also got charged for an extra coffee.

Staff kindness

The breakfast was not varied. it was always the same food, we come to Morocco, they never proposed Moroccan breakfast. we have not been allowed to have in our room the breakfast.

The location was just perfect for my purpose. The facility was top clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally professional, nice and friendly…

Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, were definitely made me feel like home, receptionist were really perfect , Reem is absolutely on the top of her game and made it so easy, also Osama and Hosam, breakfast with Hanan is deepening you to the moroccan good start day .

No thing I remember

Staff were great, nice, supportive and friendly. Location nicely situated close to shops, restaurants..Everything worked great..

I liked everything.. but it could do with a little freshening up on decor.. small cosmetic signs of fittings being replaced in shower and toilet flush. Everything worked great...
