Good sized apartment with cooking facilities and really helpful staff. Made us and our kids feel really welcome and provided a yummy breakfast accommodating the children's tastes. Located between the centre of town/medina and the Mosque it is an easy and affordable base to explore the city by taxi else a short walk to the Mohammad V Square where you can catch the metro downtown or the Anfa beach and shopping complex. Surrounded by lots of great restaurants in a more residential part of Casa.

Room smelt a bit like smoke, but doesn't everything in Morocco!

The room appears to be as large and spacious as the pictures suggest. It seems to be even bigger than my apartment in NYC. The room is also very clean and quiet, which I appreciate. The hostess at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. She even helped me arrange a taxi from the airport to the hotel at 5 pm the day I arrived. I was still in Paris waiting for my connecting flight, since my flight would only land around 10 pm. The breakfast is quite good, and there is also a KFC in front of the hotel in case anyone is not familiar with the city. The location was quite convenient. I was able to walk from the hotel to the Hassan II Mosque, and then to the medina, and then back to the hotel.

While the facilities are somewhat dated, I believe they will not detract from my overall experience.

Me and my husband ended up coming to this hotel due to our previous aparthotel cancelling our reservation whilst we were staying there. This aparthotel exceeded our expectations and treated us like family. Youssef, General Manager, was a fountain of knowledge and happy to help anyway he could. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We were out there for IVF and prior to arriving was a very stressed. The staff and team removed all this stress and even gave us lifts to clinics if we couldn't find a taxi quick enough. They literally went above and beyond. The breakfast is amazing and the Chef was happy to accommodate any requests. The fresh orange juice every morning was amazing! Me and my husband are already planning our trip for returning.

Its the definition of home away from home ! Khadija and the others are family by now. I was ill during my stay, I was taken care of as if I was at home. The level of care, empathy and kindness is unmatched During my best hotel stay, I was welcomed like family into a stunning traditional Moroccan home with a modern twist. The intricate mosaic tiles and ornate lanterns beautifully blended with sleek, contemporary furnishings, creating a harmonious fusion of old and new. My room was a sanctuary—cozy, fragrant with jasmine, and adorned with luxurious linens. Every detail was perfect, from the mint tea served upon arrival to the rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views of the Medina. The staff’s warmth and hospitality made me feel at home, anticipating my every need with care. It was an unforgettable, soulful escape I’ll cherish forever.

There is nothing I can think of, nothing at all. If you can consider parking is an issue (this is what it shows on the map) difficult to park, put your mind to ease. There is a place and a vallet =)

We only stayed one night but were blown away by the kindness of the staff. Even though there were some miscommunication as we don’t speak French or Arabic, and some of the staff don’t speak English, they were very kind and went out of the way to help us during our stay. I will give 10/10 for the staff Adil as well as the lady at the reception (didn’t get her name). Great hospitality generally from all the staff members despite the language barrier. The room we got was spacious for our family with really one of the most comfortable bed in a hotel. We also liked it that the tv in the room has many channels (not just Arabic , but also English). The traditional Moroccan breakfast in the money was sumptuous and delicious. It was freshly made and we really enjoyed it. The aparthotel is situated in a neighbourhood with a number of eateries if you don’t want to venture to far. It is also not too far away from Hassan II mosque and the Central Market.

The only issue was the toilet in our suite which was rather small and oddly situated between main bedroom and kitchenette. It was hard to prevent the toilet area from flooding which led to the floor to be slippery.

We were a big group (6 adults) traveling with 18 pcs of suitcases so our arrival is always quite chaotic, however the receptionist was able to keep everything well under control and made our check in experience very seamless and the staff was very friendly throughout the stay. Had a slight hiccup with the bookings, where my other booking (that was made via another platform) was not cancelled, however once I was able to talk to the receptionist they immediately cancelled my other platform without any charges.

My booking was for 6 adults, with 2 extra beds, however one of the rooms we were given did not have an extra bed/ the couch did not have a pullout bed, despite mentioning multiple times that we needed an extra bed, so all they gave me was some bed linen to cover the couch. The receptionist did offer to give us another room with an extra bed however with our suitcases it would have been too much trouble to pack/unpack again so we decided to just sleep on the couch since it was just 1 night. We were only there for 1 night (arrived late in afternoon and left early morning) so there wasn't really enough time to enjoy the property.

This is an excellent Apartotel with a nice sized bedroom and separate room with kitchennette, dining room table, sofa and coffee table It was clean and comfortable and in a central location ( near synagogues and kosher food for those for whom that is relevant) but on a side street so it was quiet I want to especially mention how wonderfullall the staff is, always so warm and friendly and helping with any request I had. Highly recommended and an excellent value.

The location was decent - good walking distance from the main sights and restaurants. The staff at the front desk was what made this hotel truly outstanding. They were some of the nicest, accommodating people I have met. We had a flight at night the last day, and they allowed us a free late check-out time and helped us coordinate a ride to the airport, which made our day so much easier. Since we had the suite, we were able to spread out and be comfortable.

One of the air conditioners in the suite did not work, which was not too big a deal once we figured out how to open a window (no screen, though, so we did not open it too wide because of our child). There was also a paucity of toiletries.

Very friendly staff: helpful and generous. They were always ready to give me a hand or advice regarding the difference spots around. Clean and tidy appart-room, very spacious, well equipped with what someone might need for a few days stay and confortable. Location was perfect as well: Close to everything and many restaurants around.

The apartments are nice and the breakfast is excellent and it's located in walking distance from most things. The staff were also very helpful.

The information on booking.com is slightly misleading, it made it look like every room has a patio or balcony when they don't, only the slightly more expensive ones. The staff were very helpful in upgrading me with extra payment.
