So we actually stayed at the Gauthier 2- which on Rue Sebou! Absolutely fantastic, attentive and helpful staff: Ismael, Nabil, Yunus, and Yusuf! location, directly across from Bondi Coffee and quite near the Hassan II Mosque! The room we stayed in, 102, has its own terrace to enjoy the sun and privacy!

There is nothing to not like, from the location, the flexibility of the staff to your needs, to the multitude of nearby restaurants, taxis and a ride away to the nearby malls and beach, it’s a true delight!

beautiful place to stay for a person or a couple, kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom provides shower items of a very nice brand and TV was connected and working well with Netflix session on. We were allowed a late check-out and staff is very friendly and helped us get a taxi to leave at time. The studio is very well located, a great neighbourhood at the heart of Casablanca, surrounded by lots of very nice restaurants of all types of cuisines and food. also very safe at night. Close to the city center and walkable distance to anything you'll need.

the only thing is check-in is not done in the same building we stayed in, we had to leave our stuff and walk with the concierge to the other building in order to give our IDs and check-in.

Very modern, clean kitchen, bathroom etc. Interesting apartment with spiral staircase and old factory style sliding doors. Location was easy enough as well, just round the corner from the gate to the markets and a Carrefour at the end of the road.

Location was fine but apparently we were supposed to know that we had to check in at a completely different building down the street. Ended up sitting outside the building with the address we were given for half an hour waiting for them to message back. They were no hand towels, only bath towels. The curtain in the bedroom didn't quite fit the window so woke up really early from the bright light beaming in.

Beautiful room, very modern! Super clean and the bathroom and shower were great!

They were not super responsive on their WhatsApp group when we had questions and the wifi wasn’t working, but they helped us out by giving us the password to a different one, so didn’t even up being an issue

The perfect location right in the city center. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. The staff is welcoming and very attentive. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing to complain about

I greatly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by the manager, Salma, at this establishment. Salma is exceptional with guests, displaying a friendly demeanor and promptly addressing any issues that may arise. Despite some major issues with the WIFI, I chose to extend my stay due to Salma's responsiveness and commitment to ensuring guests are well taken care of. I recommend this place for families and leisure travelers.

The WIFI was not reliable during my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel is a bit far from Ain Diab, where the beaches and nightlife are located. The immediate surrounding area of the hotel has some good restaurants but overall lacks entertainment options, or intersting points for travellers.

I have stayed in Stay Here Gauthier 2 (another of their locations in the next block) before and have previously found this outfit to be professional and helpful and functional. While this time, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the stay was marred by two things and I cannot give a 10 rating this time. See comment below.

First: I arrived minutes before the reception at the G3 building was to close at midnight having informed them by telephone earlier in the evening I would be coming in late. No one was there. Thanks to the helpful guardian of the G2 building in the next block whom someone in the street who saw me standing there trying to phone and only getting an answering machine, called, I was able to go to the reception in G2 and check in. The person in the reception room in G2 was not particularly pleasant, suggesting I was too late, but ultimately took my money and gave me the code and said the guardian would go back to the other building with me and show me in and to the parking garage (which it turned out my VW was TOO BIG for). Half an hour later I was in room Room 101. Second: The StayHere WIFI portal was not functioning this time, and would not get me to the sign in page. So I had no wifi connection at all after my phone ran out of battery overnight (as it searched in vain for a signal in the interior bedroom) and no way to communicate with management. It made arranging my next day meeting and even checking on the time of check out difficult. Fortunately, I had a charger cable in my car. Request to management: please check and reset your home page and internet portal.

Hello, I had a conversation with the owner. He gave me a little Card with all the door codes. I just didn't like the door to the outside. The code didn't work ! 😎

You should have someone who opens at all times

Nabil was kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and has everything we needed. A good location.

In order to get the key and check in, one needs to go to another building down the street. We wished someone had messaged us ahead of time.

It’s very well located in Gauthier close to many places. The property was very secure too.

The tv is not working properly The bathroom was very small too
