We had a great stay at ONOMO Hotel in Casablanca! Although finding the parking garage was a bit tricky, the front desk staff was friendly and professional, even helping us print some important documents. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—after a good night's sleep, we felt refreshed. We had the best breakfast of the whole trip here. The hotel is in a pleasant area, and we enjoyed walking to the Hassan II Mosque. Overall, a very good experience!

There was a minor issue with the sink not draining, but it was quickly fixed.

Everything was good in general : the reception ( Thanks to Othmane who did an excellent job, was a good adviser), the room, Housekeepers ( Thanks to Loubna and Fouzia), the Bar security (Thanks to Othmane), the sympathetic Concierge ( Thanks to Djybi)

Average breakfast: - not too many choices - the quality of coffee - not too welcoming cooker (some) - Some receptionists should avoid unnecessary and annoying familiarities

Location is perfect, staff friendly and helpful, massive breakfast buffet with a huge variety, room was clean and I slept really well with those pillows. And I loved the bar, a highlight in Casablanca.

It was a little dark in the bathroom, so maybe a stronger lighting concept would be great.

I unfortunately have to underline that the breakfast service is way below the hotel standards - for choice of food , hygiene , total lack of food label descriptions , slow lines of staff ( it is supposed to start at 7:00 and offer display is completed only after 7:30 , coffee machines often broken and left there for a long time , etc). A pity for a nice hotel like this one.

The hotel was very stylish & breakfast was tasty with fresh juice available. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially as my partner was ill and advised where the local emergency pharmacy was. I would definitely stay again.

The room was big and spacious, and had all the required facilities. Wasn't too far from the major places. Breakfast was very good. It was buffer style and there were a lot of varieties.

Location was in proximity to where we needed to go next day. Also, the hotel is maintained well, was clean, and looked nice. Breakfast was fine...good variety of foods available. I have no complaints. Was also glad to have a decent amount of toilet tissue in room. Previous other hotel stay was very stingy with it.

Only glitches were long wait to check in, as there was only one person at desk. Also, server at restaurant tried to give us a table that we did not want. We preferred the larger table with comfy chairs, especially since it was early and the restaurant was not yet crowded. We were only 2 persons, but obviously, they preferred that 4 people take the larger tables. Customers should have their choice...especially when not during a busy time!

That was my second stay in Onomo hotel the thing i like most is the warm reception and helpfulness of the staff. they gave me early check in plus i got the flat tire on my way to hotel staff make my life easy to provide a person who fix the tire for me plus their lounge and breakfast is exceptional this is why i booked this hotel again for my upcoming trip from December 15 to 20 December i hope that will be a lovely stay

Great location, lovely staff and had an impressive bfast spread of traditional Moroccan dishes! Highly recommend.

Room overlooking the cafe which had outdoors seating area and music until late at night which isn’t entirely convenient for an early flight next day, but good thing it stopped 11pm.

great people at the reception, speedy check in, great people for breakfast to serve, I love the cheerful ambiance in this place.....

room was not clearn when I arrived..... it had not been thoroughly cleaned, the hotel was packed with people.... so this may be why.......
