Staff was courteous & helpful. Made you feel welcomed & safe. The best thing Ever- was the night concierge, Said Z offering me private transport from his friend Mohammed, to the airport for my departure! Everything went smoothly from that point on. And 1 day they owner of the Unico did money exchange for me (very nice).

The only drawback was the shower stall leaked water onto the bathroom floor, so I had to use towels to absorb the water. The only other problem was that the place is new, only 6 months old -- so some public transportation people (taxis) don't know location.

Arik, the owner/manager was kind, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty, served in the beautiful rooftop dining room. Location was in the exciting Medina area. So vibrant and east access to Port Ville, and the hop on/off bus. Plus you could walk around the souks for hours Beautiful traditional Moroccan style inside, and very comfortable bed.

My only small issue was the television The kind staff, tried three times to fix, but it wouldn't co-operate!. Only wanted it, to put on at night. Plus, it would be helpful for guests to let them know, they have to walk up or down from the taxi. I finally found it, but hard when you have no wi-fi and the hotel does not come up on google maps.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The staff are very polite and very helpful. I would like to thank all the employees, including the reception team and the management. If you come to Casablanca, you should definitely stay in this hotel. Its location is very close to everywhere, it is very clean, the rooms are large enough and they pay great attention to cleanliness, you will understand this from the first moment you enter. I am grateful to them for giving me a unique experience.

The hotel is in a decent location in relation to the mosque and lighthouse. It’s around a 10-15 minute walk to the water. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very polite. The breakfast was very good and ready quickly.

It isn’t close to any train station so you will either need to take a taxi or walk when arriving in Casablanca. The area was under construction when I went (fall 2024) so it was a little inconvenient.

recently had a wonderful 24-hour stay at the hotel, samira was exceptionally kind and made me feel very welcome. The entire staff was friendly and always smiling, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment was spotless and well-organized, with everything in its place. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to Samira and the entire team

Spacious clean rooms. Nice helpful staff. We stayed 1 night on a stop over to Marrakesh. Walking distance to Starbucks and burger King which the children appreciated. Great for a quick stop.

Went for breakfast in the morning to be told it wasn't included in our booking, the booking stated it was. As we were leaving early I couldn't be bothered querying it so best to confirm at check in, lots of eateries close by anyway. Otherwise no real complaints.

Really nice place and huge room especially for the price. Would definitely stay there again. Only problem was the aircon. They control it from the lobby and that’s quite annoying to call down all the time. Plus the aircon didn’t work even tho we kept asking them to make it colder. - never got colder.

Modern design, helpful and friendly staff, relaxing massage.

The thermostat in the first room we were given was locked and the AC did not work. The staff promptly found us another room, where thankfully the AC worked fine. No rooftop Jacuzzi or fitness center could be found, despite being advertised on walls and signs throughout the hotel. Bathroom was TINY, especially when compared to the size of the rest of the room.

I recently stayed at Unico Hotel Casablanca and it was an outstanding experience. Centrally located with easy access to beach, the hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms with modern amenities. The attentive staff, from the concierge to housekeeping, ensured a memorable stay. Dining was a delight, with a diverse menu at the on-site restaurant. I highly recommend Unico Hotel for its luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Looking forward to my next visit!
