It’s our second time to stay in this lovely hotel. Staff is great with no exceptions. Family oriented place. We had one night as we were traveling between cities in Morocco, used the laundry nearby and Abdulmajid took care of picking our clothes before the check out. The lady at the reception is very nice and helpful. Mustafa has been a great help as usual, he upgraded our apartment for that night with no extra charges.

Very well appointed, better than the photos with everything we needed, elevator, great location, 24 hours reception full breakfast and very quiet which was perfect after a long flight.

There was an unexpected small addition to the bill, but I believe this is a tax. It caused some confusion, as it was not the same as booking.com rate. It would have been good to know in advance of this.

The location was very close to the center and easily accessible to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our bags as soon as we arrived. I really enjoyed the accommodations with the room being very spacious and clean. Breakfast was a nice bonus and delicious! I would definitely stay here again if I were to come to Casablanca!

The TV was hard to operate, so we weren't able to use it. But other than that, everything was exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay at the aparthotel in Casablanca. Our apartment was modern, clean, and ideal for families. It was cleaned daily, and the cleaning ladies were always very friendly and kind. The beds were very comfortable, and the nights were quiet — perfect for a good rest. The location is also quite convenient: just a 10-minute walk to the Hassan II Mosque, with a supermarket nearby and a nice little falafel restaurant right around the corner. While some of the better restaurants are a bit farther out (15min walk), taxis are easy to find and affordable. It’s also worth noting there’s a laundry service nearby, which was helpful. All in all, we’d definitely recommend staying here — especially if you're traveling with kids! A couple of small suggestions: there’s no need to replace the soap every single day, and a drying towel for the kitchen would have been helpful.

The accommodation was excellent – both the staff and the hotel itself. Highly recommended! The hotel was always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was extensive with many options to choose from. One great bonus: there’s someone watching over the cars day and night, which adds a real sense of security. The staff were attentive, always available, and really listened to our needs. Communication was smooth throughout. This is the first hotel where I truly felt 100% at ease – definitely worth it!

I didn’t have any negative experiences – on the contrary, it was all positive vibes! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every moment felt truly enjoyable.

Everything we'd expect in international 5-star serviced apartments in other tourism-oriented countries ! large rooms, modern decoration, attention to details, quiet, comfortable, new, high water pressure, blackout curtains and motorized shutters, beddings and towels replaced everyday, amenities with essential oils, indirect lighting, balcony with outdoor coffee table and seats, central AC, safety box, fast WiFi, above all CLEAN (which is the exception rather than the standard in Morocco !). Breakfast was surprisingly excellent, freshly baked even on Sundays, for all tastes within the boundaries of muslim countries, kept abundant anytime we came to the restaurant. Regarding the location, we walked to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, the Corniche and the famous Hassan II Mosque.. Short and cheap taxi ride to the beach, the fast train railway station. Compared to all the other accommodations, hotels and apartments, that we visited in several cities in Morocco during this high season period, the difference was night and day! The team was coming from international luxury hotels such as Hyatt, Movenpick, and made us feel like a family, just as the hotel name says. Smiling, polite, English speaking, available to help anytime whatever we asked them. Coming to the pricing, it was more than reasonable considering how other places were taking advantage of us tourists in the peak season. For this level of service we were easily asked 3 times that price elsewhere in Casablanca and in other Moroccan cities...

We regretted that the team had not expanded yet their lovely business in more cities ! this country definitely needs more of it.

All is perfect, that was the most comfortable staying during our active trip from Tanger to Rabat and Casablanca. Two rooms, two balconies, kithcen, smart TV, spacely and useful toilet room. Thank for managment and all staff☀️

Nothing more to upgrade. Really relaxing and frendly hotel

Location was good. Off the beaten path and hidden behind some streets but overall it wasn't an issue. We were taking taxis and Idrive cars so it was great. Breakfast buffet was really good and abundant with a mix of moroccan and french pastries, fruit, coffee and moroccan mint tea! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The lady who was always at the front desk (forgive me for forgetting your name), was really nice. I brought home some olive oil in a bottle and the staff wrapped it up for me because they were afraid it would pop in my suitcase. Thank you so much for your help. Glad to say it made it home safely! They would tell me the best way to get around Casablanca and to make sure I didn't overpay for rides. Rooms were clean, well equipped, bottles of water included. Loved the really wide balcony overlooking the minaret of the Hassan II mosque.

It was always hard to control the water in the showers, it was either too hot or too cold. You had to find that sweet spot but not a deal braker.

The rooms here are quite spacious and comfortable. They served the best breakfast by far of the places I'd stayed in over a week in Marocco. The staff are very helpful. I'd be happy to stay here again.

They have an extremely frustrating sensor system for the common area lights and the extractor fan in the bathroom which only last for a few seconds and you're left standing in the dark waiting for the lift and the extractor fan is useless as a consequence. Whilst the hotel is walking distance to the grand mosque and the corniche, its down a back street which feels slightly off-putting when coming home late at night. We had absolutely no problems though.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our apartment, lobby, and dining area were spotless. Their breakfast was really good, lots of varieties. They also arranged for transportation from the airport at a reasonable price.

While the apartment is in a good location, there were not a whole lot of places to eat around there.
