I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at the Caan Hotel in Casablanca, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm welcome and attentive service made me feel at home. The hotel is impeccably clean, with a modern yet cozy design that perfectly balances comfort and style. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary bottled water and a beautifully arranged bathroom with high-quality toiletries. The hotel's central location was a huge bonus. Overall, the Caan Hotel provided an exceptional experience for my short visit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Casablanca. I can’t wait to return!

we stayed in the apartment-styled rooms, unit has lots of space, everything is very new and clean.

It's not that close to any train station or popular sight seeing places, you can walk to the medina in about 20 minutes if you like. Nothing else is walking distance though. We stayed here twice during our trip, first day and last day in Morocco. On our last day, we wanted to use up our remaining DHM which required us to split a 20 Euro bill so we can pay for the transfer for the next morning. I asked if the hotel staff at the front desk if she could help us, and she refused. And then another male staff came by and said he can help, but tried to make a profit off the exchange by jacking up the exchange rate. Which we refused in the end, but it certainly left a bad taste.

The receptionist Ahlam gave me a very warm welcome and useful advices during my 3 night stay in the hotel. The breakfast (both a la carte and buffet)was great, the roof top is very lovely spot for Happyhour! The room is clean and tidy and modern. So far I have no bad comments about this hotel at all!!!!

The service is amazing and above expectations. They are very helpful and made our trip more comfortable by running errands for us in addition to serving us at the hotel. The room and food was good too. Special thanks to the reception team and those who serviced us.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff at Kaan Casablanca were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They offered great tips for tourist activities and assisted us with arranging taxis, which made navigating the city much easier. The hotel is centrally located, making it a convenient base for exploring Casablanca. We especially enjoyed the rooftop area, which features a lovely restaurant with great views. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortably sized, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Both the Wifi and air conditioning worked flawlessly, which we really appreciated after long days out. There is also a supermarket just a block or so away and an ATM across the road, adding to the convenience. I would highly recommend Kaan to both seasoned Moroccan travellers and first-timers like us.

A 15min walk from Casa Port station, in a straight line on the same road, flat and easy. 5mins in a Taxi. Great location and easy to navigate and to walk to all the main areas. 10min walk to the main Medina for shopping and authentic restaurants etc... Modern and funky feel, but suitable for all types and ages. Very clean. Very safe location. Offers breakfast but also within short walking distance to many local cafes and boulangeries etc... Lots of onsite facilities eg Bar, Restaurants, Gym, Laundry rooms etc... Rooftop bar and restaurant very funky and modern, DJ, great views, drinks, cocktails etc.... nice place to enjoy the end of an evening. Room very clean, large TV with apps, AC, light features, charging points, mini kitchenette, fridge, safe etc etc.... City and terrace views...

Modern frosted glass divider to ensuite is cool and industrial modern - just doesn't offer much toilet privacy - with lights on you get a silhouette view of your other half on the loo ! More and more hotels are doing this - full view showers I totally get - but toilets need to be out of sight. Glass facade to loo prevents in night visits without disturbing others. Hotel was flawless though, great place.

I was greatly surprised by the amazing staff of this clean and modern hotel. Manal is an outstanding manager, the rest of the team was also efficient and friendly. I highly recommend!

It’s modern and nice and clean

Ok so I booked 3 nights and I extended it for 2 more days. The original 3 nights I booked breakfast but when I got there I didn’t want anything to eat because it wasn’t what I liked in the morning. I asked front desk if I can just have a coffee instead for the last 2 days because I didn’t eat any breakfast on the days I paid and they said “sure of course.” I thought they meant the coffee during the last 2 days wouldn’t be charged because I paid for breakfast the first 3 and didn’t eat anything. They didn’t say that they’d be charging me but then afterwards they charged me. I thought this was kind of petty! I’m not gonna trip over $6 USD but seriously this leaves a bad taste in my mouth for sure. Petty AF.

Kaan hotel is perfectly located for walking around the city centre. It's good to have waiting area for a couple of cars. Breakfast was better than average. Interior was well designed and organised beautifully. Visitors can enjoy playing games, chatting with people, drinking at the bar you name it. Bedroom was cleaned and refrerhed and bottle of water was restocked every day. Hospitality was excellent as well. Good welcoming at the front desk and car parking desk. I would like to say thank you for your support during the stay. Ms. Ahlam was very supportive and kind to my visit. Thank you for your warm hospitality.
