I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at the Caan Hotel in Casablanca, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm welcome and attentive service made me feel at home. The hotel is impeccably clean, with a modern yet cozy design that perfectly balances comfort and style. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary bottled water and a beautifully arranged bathroom with high-quality toiletries. The hotel's central location was a huge bonus. Overall, the Caan Hotel provided an exceptional experience for my short visit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Casablanca. I can’t wait to return!

we stayed in the apartment-styled rooms, unit has lots of space, everything is very new and clean.

It's not that close to any train station or popular sight seeing places, you can walk to the medina in about 20 minutes if you like. Nothing else is walking distance though. We stayed here twice during our trip, first day and last day in Morocco. On our last day, we wanted to use up our remaining DHM which required us to split a 20 Euro bill so we can pay for the transfer for the next morning. I asked if the hotel staff at the front desk if she could help us, and she refused. And then another male staff came by and said he can help, but tried to make a profit off the exchange by jacking up the exchange rate. Which we refused in the end, but it certainly left a bad taste.

The receptionist Ahlam gave me a very warm welcome and useful advices during my 3 night stay in the hotel. The breakfast (both a la carte and buffet)was great, the roof top is very lovely spot for Happyhour! The room is clean and tidy and modern. So far I have no bad comments about this hotel at all!!!!

The service is amazing and above expectations. They are very helpful and made our trip more comfortable by running errands for us in addition to serving us at the hotel. The room and food was good too. Special thanks to the reception team and those who serviced us.

I was greatly surprised by the amazing staff of this clean and modern hotel. Manal is an outstanding manager, the rest of the team was also efficient and friendly. I highly recommend!

The service is amazing , the staff are kind , i liked the fact that there is a rooftop for partying and a chill restaurant for someone who would like to stay one night due to urgency Kaan is your go to destination because you won’t have to go out since you have everything you need at the hotel even the gym is there , special thanks to aziza mtioui , rachida and youness .

The dinner menu i think they can do better or probably work on having an open buffet just like the breakfast and by the way the breakfast is impeccable.

I don't usually bother to write reviews, but the staff Kaan Casablabda were so kind and helpful I feel compelled to praise them. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful and they went out of their way to help us on multiple occasions -- we arrived before check-in time after an overnight flight and I was hoping they would let us store our luggage at the hotel until check-in time -- they actually let us check in early so we and our tired kiddos could get some sleep. We missed the breakfast buffet one morning and they were so kind, they brought out a bunch of beautiful food for us, even though they clearly didn't need to do this. That was above and beyond. Strongly recommend.

Kaan Casablanca is a modern, chic hotel. What I liked most was that it's right in the heart of Casablanca. The free parking was a big plus, something you don't often find in such a busy city. The hotel's posh skybar was definitely a highlight for me, with amazing views of the city. And I have to say, the breakfast was great – lots of high-quality choices. The staff were also really helpful and attentive, which made my stay even better.

If I had to nitpick, the bathroom design was a bit of a downside. The non-transparent glass wall, while modern, didn't offer as much privacy as I would have liked.

Lovely hotel. Lots of open spaces for people to chill and just hang out. The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom has ample space too and well-maintained. The location is central, like 3 kms from Rick's cafe and other tourist spots. A little pricey compared to other options in Casablanca but I like to be comfortable, so we didn't mind paying a bit extra.

There was some miscommunication with the staff re: payment, the first one we talked to confirmed that everything was paid but when we came back the next day from our tour, one of the rooms we booked was locked and they deactivated the key. We came back at 12 midnight and was so exhausted. We had to come down to the reception and resolve the issue with another staff and he was insisting that we haven't paid the city tax.

The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, parks, and supermarkets. The staff delivered an excellent level of service, tending to all of our needs during our stay. The common areas were very nice, with plenty of seating and an outdoor balcony on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. Finally, the room was the star of the show. We were upgraded to a suite and my wife and I were impressed by the room. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of seating and storage. The bathroom was spectacular, it was big enough to be a room on its own.

Our toilet was stuck flushing, this happened a few times but the staff were very quick to address it each time we called.
