The hotel is located on Boulevard de Paris and surrounded with quite a lot of cafes and restaurants. The Casa Port railway station is in 15 minutes by foot. The room was big enough, equipped with a bathtub and an air conditioner. Although our window was facing the boulevard, the street noise didn't reach us and we slept well. The hotel staff was nice, they helped us park our car: the hotel has a few private parking places along the boulevard. The room was clean

The room slightly smell with moisture or something like that. The air conditioner worked well, but only on speed 3: first two weren't seemed to be generating any cold air, and the third was powerful and noisy, too loud to sleep upon. The bathroom isolation is something the hotel should work on because it's impossible to take shower and keep the floor dry. Also there were no hot water, just slightly warm, but maybe if we had waited longer it would've got hotter.

A very good location a short walk from United Nations Square and with easy access to the trams. It's quite a business hotel and so has very efficient service but also caters very well for tourists and regularly has tour groups visiting. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the staff members has worked there for more than 30 years; it's that kind of place. I liked it a lot. We visited in Ramadan and were well looked after for late breakfasts and lunch. The bar and restaurant on the roof are really nice and we ate there a couple of evenings and could get beers there during Ramadan. There are also several restaurants nearby in United Nations Square, ( Ramses is great ) and there is a taxi rank outside the hotel so it's easy to get taxis.

The weather was terrible, but that's not the hotel's fault. Be prepared for cold rain in March and April.

Nice location to stay in Casablanca, pretty close to everything. Breakfast was nice and really appreciated the personnel’s help whenever I needed a taxi

The AC didn’t work well so it was kinda warm and humid in my room. Also I didn’t have good wifi connection from my room. Each bedroom has it’s own modem but for some reason it wasn’t working in my room so had to connect from neighbouring rooms and it was pretty slow

Nice clean hotel in good location in the middle of the city. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms are a standard hotel size. Lifts work fine and hotel was quite. There is a nightclub next door that is loud in reception but I. The rooms you cannot hear them. Breakfast was included and was nice.

I paid €55 per night for 3nights during off season. I think that is overpriced for a 3* and for what it is. The city and hotel is very far from the airport approx 45min journey. They provide hotel pick up but it is very expensive.

The staff were all amazing, ready ro help with anything and accommodating. Radouan and Oumaima at the front desk were wonderful in helping me navigate the city assisting me with advice on transport, sim cards, places to go and just generally lovely. The roof terrace was a beautiful retreat at the end of the day, great bar, music and views as well as service, especially Majd who was very welcoming and lovely to talk to. Location was perfect, in house hamman was convenient and buffet breakfast was generous. Thank you to all!

The hotel and room were clean, although old and a little run down but it provided all that was needed.

Many thanks to the hotel staff, they are the most hospitable people on the planet. Really liked the restaurant on the roof. Expensive but delicious. Try the fresh fish. The location is convenient for tourism, but note that you’ll have to take a cab or bus to the beach

Basically as written in the reviews: a little monotonous breakfasts and in the hotel renovation is not fresh. But for us it was not a problem at all. We got everything we expected. For Morocco it is a really good hotel

I really appreciated the helpfulness, kindness and understanding of the staff. In particular I want to mention Oumaima for her helpfulness (the first time we stayed, it was thanks to her that we decided to book into the hotel). Also Redouan, Ouaziz and Naciri. One of these gentlemen really helped me sort out a problem, and you have no idea how much that meant to me. Also, there's a really nice lady at the breakfast restaurant, and the staff at the roof top bar are very kind also. The housekeepers were very helpful too. I think it's a great hotel for short visit to Casablanca and excellent value for money. I hope this feedback helps, and that it is passed on to the staff that I have mentioned. Many thanks.

Location was great and staff excellent and welcoming. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, we were given a room straight away without any hassle nor extra fees that you would be required to pay in Europe/North America. Breakfast was good and sufficient to even picky eaters.

The location was very convenient. It was very close to attractions, tram line and train station. The staff was very helpful. I extended for 2 more nights and although they were fully booked, Oumaima was able to accommodate me. I had a tagine chicken dinner and it was very tasty.

The breakfast was good but can be improved by having some variations especially to those staying more than one day.

Location is excellent nearby downtown within walking distance, staff is polite, working hard and helpful. There is no designated hotel parking on the site, furniture is outdated.

Hotel needs to invest to upgrade and replace damaged furniture. Also, it needs to do a deep cleaning by specialized equipment.
