We stayed at Hotel de Paris in Casablana for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to a number of tourist sites or easily get to the tram station from the hotel. The hotel was undergoing some renovation work when we arrived so was a bit dusty. We received a warm welcome from the reception staff and were upgraded to a better room, which was much appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was OK, perhaps a little tired and in need of refurbishment however the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was a lovely, typical French breakfast served in the cafe next door. The staff at the hotel were really good - big shout out to the lovely housekeeping staff - who were so sweet to us when we had to spend a day in bed recovering from a dodgy meal!!! Would definitely stay here again if we visit Casablanca.

Bathroom could have done with a bit of a refurbishment.

The hotel has a cozy old fashioned feeling, the bed was comfortable, there was a small balcony and the staf was very friendly. Last but not least, the breakfast was great as well. Simple but comfortable is the best way to describe this hotel, i would gladly stay here again.

I liked everything about the property. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was really good. The location was really good and the room was absolutely amazing. I had an amazing balcony and it was very clean and air-conditioned and there was a TV and yeah, it was great.

I feel like my room layout could’ve been different because I couldn’t access the wardrobe or sit in the chair properly other than that it was absolutely amazing

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the city center, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a cozy café downstairs that adds a nice touch to the experience. What truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d especially like to thank M. Soufiane at the reception for his warm welcome and assistance. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We had a lovely experience ..The entire team was very nice ..I highly appreciated the help I got from Sofiane and Hisham , regarding making calls and following up, when my luggage did not reach Casablanca. They did all this very patiently and kindly..And Also followed up with me,after I had left for Tangiers. They were also very helpful in guiding us around the city. The rooms were nice and good comfortable beds. Highly recommend it.

Great place overall especially for its price, located right in the center within 20 minutes walk to train station Casa Port and within 5 minutes to the central square. All staff was very friendly and helpful, much thanks to them! Conditioner works perfectly, that was crucial during summer heat.

It gets a bit noisy sometimes in the evening as the hotel is located in the centre near crowdy pedestrian passage and cafes.

We got upgraded to a bigger room. Location is nearby and walking distance to the tourist attractions. There is welcome tea and breakfast provided. Breakfast is set for you, it was decent to fill your day. Night time was quiet even though our room was facing the walking pathway.

There was no water bottle or coffee, tea provided. There is no lift except the lift for the cleaner to use. But the staff was helpful to carry the bag up for us. Everything else is ok for us.

All staff in all hotel are absolutely brilliant and helpful. Amine, Issam and sofraine are extremely supportive, kind and professional. Location is excellent in the main city centre. We had a room on 6th floor and the views were spectacular! The ‘resident’ cat (?name Mia girl) is a delight, an added bonus. Plenty hot water. An older style hotel, retain much of its character. Great to see the breakfast area is a popular place for the locals too. Everyone smiles, and has wonderful manners. Nothing is a problem for the whole team. We would definitely come back here.

A nice hotel in the centre of things in Casablanca. Handy for restaurants and shops etc. Relatively easy to find. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was nice, airy and large.

The hall carpets on the 2nd floor were pretty grim and didn't look like they'd seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. The breakfast wasn't the best, but to be fair, Moroccan breakfasts aren't the most filling.
