The location, mattress was comfortable. Free upgrade was delivered which was appreciated.

A strong smell hits inside the room, not a bad one but it’s very strong.

The staff was super friendly. The location of the hotel is great. Near the center but also far from the crowds. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket, something like a restaurant and bar and a Hammam&Spa Ziani. Totally worth going to Ziani , I felt reincarnated. If we ignore the state of the bathroom (it wasn’t bad honestly but it needs a bit work), the room was amazing. Especially considering the price you pay for it. Totally worth it.

The windows are not soundproof. You can hear all the noise from the outside. The door of the room is also not soundproof and you can hear every movement outside of it. The bathroom needs a bit of work but the room was totally worth the price you pay for it.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cadé Hotel. The customer service was excellent, and both Zacarias and Hussain were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the breakfast it was delicious and well-prepared. There were just a couple of minor issues we noticed. The three large rubbish bins on the street corner created quite a bit of noise early in the morning (sometimes as early as 5 a.m.) people going trough it collecting glass bottles etc. We understand this may be outside of the hotel control, but if there were ever a way to relocate or manage that issue, it would certainly add even more value to the overall guest experience. Additionally, the bathroom door wasn’t functioning properly and made a loud noise when opening and closing. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you again! We only spent there few hours, as we only needed a stay for one night. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good :)

We had two bugs in the bathroom, but it didn’t bother us so much. The walls are thin ;) you can hear people opening and closing the doors very clearly.

The breakfast was so good. Has everything home made . Fresh pan cakes fresh bread. Home made juices . Moroccan tea. Coffee. Croissiant. ….. and so many. The room was so clean . The service is excelence. Especialy Ayoub . He booked me a taxi from the airport ant night and he was communicating with me all the time . And booked for me take away food. He was so helpful. And professional. I don’t want to forget Zakaria who did a smooth check in and helped me with the luggage. I also like the location is quite central. I want to say thank you to the owner who did not charge me for the non refundable book that I booked by mistake. I will come back for sure. Thank you Cadé hotel ❤️

Toilettes need renovation

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and beds, AC was working but couldn't adjust temperature (only warm/cool), ok location near old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. Had the chance to book a double room for 29€/night which is awesome price for this hotel. 7 min walk from a Carrefour with alcohol, which is good as finding alcohol shops in Morocco is an issue 🍺 (Carrefour Express Casa Av. Hassan Seghir)

Bathrooms need renovation, but important was that it was clean. Location: didn't feel very safe walking with my girlfriend at evenings around the whole region of the old centre (especially in comparison to the centre of Rabat, where we felt very safe), but i guess it is like that for the whole of Casablanca, or even worse in the other neighbourhoods.

- Welcoming Staff: The staff were very welcoming, respectful, and professional. - Convenient Location: Located in the city center, the hotel offers easy access to notable attractions, whether by walking or taking a cab. - Clean Room: The room was clean, with almost all utilities in working order, including the AC, shower, lights, and a mini fridge for beverages. - Good Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was good, featuring a decent variety of items.

- Daytime Noise: While the room was calm at night, it occasionally got loud during the day, which is typical for a city like Casablanca.

I had a wonderful experience at C A D È Hotel. It was conveniently located near many city attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was exceptionally cooperative and friendly, which greatly enhanced my stay. Their helpfulness and warm demeanour made me feel welcome and comfortable. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel once more last but not the least they will give you good breakfast.

Was a bit far from the airport and furniture smells old

Amazing bed. Very clean and high quality linen. Very friendly and helpful staff. 24h desk. Decent breakfast (though could benefit from some meat options). Very fancy interiors!

Not quite not liked, but room to improve: - bathroom chrome surfaces could be cleaner - there are small ants on the bathroom floor, not big problem for me, but can be for someone else Also keep in mind location can be hard to access during rush hour - spent over an hour going to railway station by taxi despite not that far.

The staff at the reception were extremely polite and friendly. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for our toddler to play. The bathroom was clean, shampoo and body soap were also provided. Good selection of food for breakfast. Functional elevator.

Unfortunately selections for breakfast that should have been hot/warm like pancakes were not. I know I'm being a little picky but both breakfast days the pancakes were cold. Everything else I liked.
