Budget hotel, clean room, quiet area. The bed has very noisy springs, but was comfortable. Shower was good and very hot. Appreciated the space and small dining area. Manager was helpful. Best thing it the location - plenty of taxis on the street, and many breakfast cafes. ATM close by. Round the corner is fresh bread and pastries. Also restaurants - highly recommend the spanish Don Camillo, just across from the Marcel Cerdon Brasserie. We walked to the Hassan II Mosque and cabbed cack - cab rides are about 10 - 20 DH. Most cabdrivers will try to scam you for more though - just walk away and get a price first. Fewer tourists in this area, would stay here again.

Probably more 2 than 3 star. The kitchen facilities were pretty minimal - kettle, single hotplate and toaster oven, and minimal crockery - no sharp knife though, no tea towel or washing-up aids. One liquid soap dispenser in bathroom and one in kitchen, nothing more. Had to request hairdryer and not always available. No terrace or anything, no drying rack - should correct the inclusions list. Didn't make up the room, but quickly bought fresh towels when requested. BYO instant coffee / tea.

Steff was excellent, especially Jalil. He not only asked me if everything was ok, but he asked me if I were happy! What hotel really cares about its clients that much? He taught me a little Arabic too. I stayed at 4 different hotel over 2 months and 10 days in Casablanca. Casa City Breaks was by far the best and a very good deal for the money. It was a little further away than others but everything was there. Fresh bread, carts of fruits and vegetable, mini markets, lots of coffee houses. And a lot fewer tourists than down at the waterfront. It was real people in real community!

Might have been a little quieter but Casablanca is lively place and there is some noise. Also Ramadan was going on with the many calls to prayer. I am used to a bottle of wine with my meals but a cab driver said he knew where I could get wine and he took me there and I could buy. It was okay because I was not Muslin. I didn't know that. Cheers!

I really liked that the ac, hot water, and wifi worked perfectly the whole time there, there was no noise from other rooms and the staff accommodated for our requests

The kitchen didn't have a curtain, the kitchen didn't have spoons and the beed cover was a little small, most think I didn't like was that it is advertised as with breakfast or breakfast is 32 MAD but when I asked about breakfast they said we don't offer breakfast

Hotel is very central in Casablanca, the room itself was very clean with facilities to make basic meals if required. Jalil was very kind and friendly, and very helpful with suggestions and always around to help out. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Casablanca for a comfortable, affordable stay.

Located in a lively area with lots of shops and restaurants. So much activity in the neighborhood that I did not feel unsafe even late at night. 20 mins walk from Casa Port station. Courteous and helpful staff at late night check-in, who managed to communicate very well with the help of a translation app. They were kind enough to allow me to split the payment between different currencies. Spacious room with blackout curtains and noise insulation. Very comfortable and clean bed and pillows. Well functioning bathroom with soap dispenser. Late checkout.

Upholstered furniture (sofa, etc.) were stained. Kitchenette lacked some basics. No electric kettle or microwave, so I had to heat up water in a saucepan on the electric stove for coffee. No mugs, only glasses.

Amazingly helpful staff, extremely clean rooms, hot water and kitchenette in room, very decent location, in room a/c works well, and balcony is pleasant. Overall amazing stay.

Beds were very stiff, noises from street not a problem, but hotel located directly across from a mosque that announces prayer from a speaker 5 times a day, normally not a problem except for first and last at around 6:30am and 20:30pm, light sleepers be aware

The position was great for all that I wanted to see. The room was very clean and spacious. A small kitchen with a fridge which was handy to have. Comfortable bed and a lovely hot shower. The staff were always available for any help required. Jalil was especially helpful with any questions I had.

Rooms were clean, everything needed was there. Staff were great- helped with everything. Located in a walking distance to the coast in a good but local part of the city. Strongly recommended place in Casa.

It must be mentioned that there is a mosque on the other side of the street with very loud speakers, however I figure that an early wake-up is a thing that is synonymous with Muslim countries.

Perfectly clean, excellent customer care service, comfortable bed, beautiful room and lovely terrace. Close to Marjane Market, and everything you need. I’ll come back. Love the apartment style room and the comfort. It was great! So happy. Completely quite at night as well.

Nice and spacious room, good location in Mers Sultan.

The cleanliness was so-so, def not sparkling new but not bad, my first set of sheets had a small stain on it and some hair, I don’t know if it was from the cleaning person or what, but they did replace them for me without any fuss.
